"Tonight my fiance and I went there for an early Valentine's Dinner, we had Justin V as our waiter. He was very friendly, out-going and attentive!! We have gone there 3-4x within 2 years, and this was the best experience!! Justin V was very knowledgeable about wines and parings (huge bonus for me), I asked him how the Layered Cake Wine was and he was able to not only get me a sample but also tell me his thought it was very good!! He gave us our first round of drinks since our wings (which were amazing) took to long, than offered to take our veal back since they were under cooked however we told him it was fine, we enjoyed the veal chops!!! Justin would check on the us periodically without always bugging us and asking if we needed anything, he was quick to clear empty plates/cups off the table. He than brought us a dessert menu and bagged up the veal chop bone I kept for my puppy and brought it back placing it away from either of us and took our dessert order. All around the best experience at Carrabba's and I would love to have him as a server again! I personally brought his tip to him and thanks him for the great experience he gave us dining out esp with it being our Valentine's dinner date and a date night we don't get often!! "Had the twin lobster tails and they were the best I have ever had! Cooked perfectly, tender and sweet! Also garlic mashed potatoes were amazing. Hubby has filet with skewered shrimp and au gratin potatoes and loved his meal. Although he tasted my mashed and said he would get those next time and he's an AuGratin lover so that says how good the mashed were. Finished up our anniversary dinner with a complimentary cheesecake drizzled in chocolate and it was fabulous! We will be going back more often. Oops also had bang bang shrimp for appetizer and it was wonderful. I will try the bang bang shrimp tacos next time. One of the best dinners we have had in a long time."

"The food was fantastic! I usually don't eat out for Italian because I enjoy making it at home, but this experience was exceptional. The Alfredo dish had just the right amount of cheese and was cooked to perfection. I ordered the meatball appetizer with ricotta, and they were served hot in a delicious sauce—it was truly enjoyable. My dining companion had a platter that included lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettuccine Alfredo, and she was extremely pleased with her choice. Although it took a bit longer than expected for our food to arrive, possibly due to being short-staffed that day, the quality of the meal made it easy to overlook the wait. It is a bit on the pricey side for me, but again, when the food is that good, it's definitely worth it."

"I was so excited for a nice Italian meal while we were here from out of town, the calamari was the appetizer and the last decent part of the meal, I had ordered the Johnny's trio, chicken steak and mezzaluna ravioli, when it came out I had 3 pieces of chicken on one plate and a steak on the other no pasta... I asked her and she said it doesn't come with the meal anymore the menu just isn't updated, I said no, this isn't what I ordered and got a menu to show her and she said I don't know what to tell you the menu is different just not updated.. steam ready to roll out my ears, she says we can add it for extra charge... I said no it comes with my meal I expect it to come out.. now my husband ordered the ribeye with two sides and a salad she claimed the salad no longer came with the meal it would be extra, the menu was just wrong.. he said well id like a salad, his potatos were so garlic salted he could not eat them and his fettuccine had no sauce just bare noodles, and lastly our daughter ordered chicken strips and broccoli, well she just brought her chicken strips and we had to ask for her broccoli, when it comes out it tasted like it had been cleaned in bleach water and we didn't let her even eat it.. then comes out our bill.. we were expecting about 90 it's 135... so I look the server had charged my meal alacart a chicken trio, a steak and pasta as well as charged is extra for our daughter's broccoli that came with her meal, we finally got the manager and she was the only reason I would give this location more than a star, she listened and was appalled by the situation and comped 100 off the bill because we did not receive what we ordered even though we did offer to pay the price for what we ordered.. but still disappointed in the training of the server and the food quality. Hopefully this was a one off night and not a normal situation."

"Went here with my family for dinner because we were in the area. Our server Steve was not attentive at all. He came over to take our drink order and it took almost 20 minutes before he came back to take our appetizer order. After the appetizers arrived, it took him almost 30 more minutes before taking our dinner order. My husbands water was gone after the appetizers and didn't get refilled until we were almost done with dinner. On the other hand, the food was good, so I guess it was worth the wait. Speedier service would have been nice though. "Terrible experience. Reservations were at 7:30, got to the restaurant at 7 and host advised us that there are 10-15 people ahead of us and did not know the wait time. We asked if she would call or text when a table is ready, waited an hour and a half and hadn't heard back, come to find out she forgot that we were waiting and took 8 other people that were scheduled after us. Finally got a table, our server was great, but there was a bigger party that was trying to sit right next to us when there was only room for four other people. There were 8 kids sitting next to us and their parents continuously checking on them, and we asked to be moved and were only to be moved a table over. Four other people from their family moved over and were so loud and obnoxious taking pictures and not even considering those around them trying to have a nice meal. Worst dining experience ever, especially when our main course didn't come out till an hour later."

"We had lunch at Carrabba's and Jason was our waiter. We ordered the Chicken Trio and Eggplant Parmesan. BOTH dishes were EXCELLENT!! Jason explained the menu to us THOROUGHLY and recommended things to us that we were not sure of. The food was absolutely perfection and the service was the BEST we have ever had...and we eat out quite a bit! The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was soft and elegant. We will definitely be back and we will be asking for JASON as our server!!"

"This used to be our go to place for many, many years. Since the remodel it’s gone downhill. The vibe is very sterile, bright, corporate, and uncomfortable. The food has gone downhill. My steak and my husband’s salmon were both under cooked on the bottom half and overcooked on the top half last time we went. This time the salmon was burnt and my steak definitely had very dark char marks. On the menu it makes it sound like a topping sauce comes with the steak and then they charge your $4 for it. Also most of the sides cost an upcharge as well. Then, they put the plates tipped on the tray so all the Marsala sauce was on my fettuccine Alfredo instead of the steak. The food is now mediocre and overpriced for the much smaller portions. My son barely ate any of his food and refused to take it home because he didn’t like the spaghetti and meatball. The service used to be 5 star, now it’s less than 2. We were seated promptly and there were maybe 5 other tables. It took us an hour to get our food after we ordered. Also, tables that were seated after us ate first and one that came in at the same time as us were leaving by the time we got our food. This last visit the waitress hid in the back almost the entire time. My water cup (and only drink) was empty most of my meal and the one time she filled it she only filled it half way. She forgot to put in our appetizer and was had to ask another employee about it. Our waitress then brought out our food, said she forgot to put the appetizer in, and asked if we wanted her to put our food under the warmer while they cooked and brought out our appetizer. Anybody who works in the food industry knows that food placed under the warmer slowly dies and loses its quality. It really upsets our family to see a place we used to love going to go down into the dumpster. We gave it another try after our first bad experience, and this last time was worse than before. Honestly, I’ve had better experiences at Olive Garden and we used to never eat there because this place was so amazing, even if it was more expensive."

"I met a friend here for dinner late in the evening. The service started out great but wained when was busy. I believe she was the only server for a whole section. The soup was fantastic, the chicken noodle soup was very delicious fresh and had lots of fresh white meat. I'd also like to mention my experience when I went to the bathroom. One of the employees there mentioned it outloud Jesus was his n I overheard this and corrected him and say don't say something like that publicly. He mentioned that that's his personal relationship with Jesus. As an employee of a restaurant, whatever you think about Jesus should be kept to yourself, especially if it's a racial slur. He went on to proceed to say that he was valid and saying what he was saying in a public restaurant with a uniform. This was so disheartening... And I didn't further comment to him. As a business, you need TRAIN your employees about how their public persona can affect someone who is a customer to the business. Whatever an employee says when in uniform reflects the business."

"This place was disgusting. First of all, the manager (who referred to himself as the proprietor is clearly only working here as a last-ditch effort to save his career. He had the appearance of a man who was both trying too hard, and morally and physically defeated. The entirety of the staff were clearly untrained, very dirty, and had no idea of how to handle food. Our waitress enjoyed jabbing her finger a good 3-4 inches directly into the center of our plates with her excessively long ungloved fingernails (yum! . The food was disgusting, and most definitely not worth the price. I had the privilege of being served one of their $22 pasta dishes, and quite honestly I have had better pasta in the waiting room of a funeral home. Very disgusting, poorly managed, and smelled like an adult video shop. Please stay away at all costs. There is an Olive Garden across the street, and I can assure you their carpet tastes better than anything you will be served here."

"My waiter was very unpleasant. He behaved like a child who doesn't want to do his homework. He seemed very tired. The Ceasar salad didn't have hardly any dressing. It was rather dry. The main course was very good, Chicken Bryan, but I had to ask for more tomato sauce for the penne pasta because it was very dry. Everybody was in a hurry to close down and that was their goal, not the clients in the restaurant, as if we were not going to pay. My bill was really high because I ordered wine. So I was very unhappy with the way I was being treated."

"Father's Day was awesome. My friend and I shared an awesome meal with some great bread and herbed olive oil. The service was great like always. My steak was cooked perfectly, the garlic sautéed spinach was delicious and the garlic redskin mashed potatoes made the perfect bite. My date, whose an awesome Father loves their chicken Alfredo. "We ordered two Johnny Trio dishes: one with Tuscan Grilled Sirloin Marsala, Chicken Bryan, and Mezzaluna for $28, and a second trio with a fillet and an upcharge for Lobster Ravioli, totaling $38. Unfortunately, the sirloin was overcooked, tough, and cold. The chicken was barely warm, and the lobster ravioli was chewy and undercooked. The fillet was passable, but the highlight of the meal was surprisingly the tiramisu for dessert. We raised our concerns with two different waiters, but by the time they offered to remake our food, we had lost our appetite and decided to take our meals to go. Neither of the servers thought to involve the manager, so we requested one ourselves. However, the manager was not apologetic and kept insisting that the food would be better the second time. Clearly, he didn’t notice that most of our order was in to-go boxes. In the end, he only comped the dessert—the one thing that was actually good. We will not be returning to this location again and will take our business elsewhere."

"first I love carrabbas experience here was not the same as many others in many different states where I was. wait for a table for 2 was 20min by 15 o'clock. (they seemed very underoccupied, even tho there were two greetings and a third person who always came back to the front...and the fact that tgere were many open tables) we ordered shimpr 40-45min later the food was delivered. the sampi was cold and overboiled, the roasted brot was cold. the side of the spaghetti was hot. did not get the spade, but we kept the brokkoli because of the time we waited. extra mushrooms were no show. we asked, and they brought mushrooms with sauce. the ceramic dish was hot, the mushrooms were cold. so they brought more mushrooms in a container that was microwaves. I gave 3 stars because the waiter was great, apologized and cared for the best he could. I also understand that it will be substantiated and maybe some inexperienced employees/cooks... fortunately, these carrabba’s will turn around and deliver a better quality eating like most others I go."

"I like this place, especially for my daughter, there's always something nice. the ambiente gut. andrea- she is not only a coworker for the restaurant. they know when assigned to their table, it brings a brand of their own styles and service along with their fantastic personality and bright energy. it is professional, pleasant, efficient, intelligent, perceptible and takes care of the patrons very well. she will go to life and I wish her the best! "My husband, Damion, and I really enjoy this restaurant. We like to come here simply to grab a bite to eat. We usually prefer sitting on the bar side for a more relaxed atmosphere after a busy day at work. During our last visit, we sat at the bar and shared the Shrimp and Scallops entree, which was delicious. We also ordered an extra side dish, and the portion for two was just right. I tried the Italian salad, which was amazing, and their bread with Italian seasoning was very tasty. The bartender serving us was fantastic and provided exceptional service."

"Incredible experience! Taylor, who works in the bar, did an exceptional job serving us tonight.  She took all our little asks (all green lettuce in the salad, etc) and then turned it into a perfect meal... just the way we hoped for.  In the meantime, she visited our table often to be sure we were completely satisfied with our drinks, bread, and so on.  She is a true delight and carries herself with pride in her work and pure professionalism, such a rarity for such a young lady. We visited around 4... the best time for a quiet meal, but the service was top notch all around. Great job!"

"the atmosphere was very nice, soothing music, not too loud. About five minutes after sitting, our server approached us and sat in a strange side position over two chairs before us and said something, I don't even remember because that was a very inconspicuous introduction. I showed her a free Calamari Appetizer advertising on my handy, and she immediately told me that they did not participate in this, say I should have checked to see the vegas, does not. After I saw the valid offer from a third, dine rewards, I showed it to her again. she brought the manager. the manager has quickly looked at it and no problem said we will get it right to them. the Calamari Appetizer was very good. it had an extra crispy pfeffer coating, served with marinara and aioli. the nasalate was very good, served with Italian olive and pfefferminz. the steak was ordered medium and it was perfectly cooked. the broccoli was thoroughly cooked and delicious. the rosmarin garrison fries were fantastic! the linguine pescatore was very good. our server was quite unstoppable until the manager refills our drinks and asks us for something else we needed. herself at the end she took like what seemed to be forever to get us the bill. I still gave her a decent tipp because she worked where today not even so many others want to go to work. but this would simply have been a five star review if not for the bad service. the first interaction we had with her was that she told me I was wrong about a promotion where I was right. it just went downhill."
