"Been coming here for years. We came for my daughter’s birthday because it’s one of her favorite places. To start, the waitress had too many tables and although she greeted us and took the drink order, she was walking away as I told her what I wanted. To add I gave her an order for fresh clams at that time. We proceeded to order our appetizers maybe 10 min later. She didn’t ask if we were ready to order dinner. Again, too busy. She finally took our dinner order after 45 minutes. At this time I still do not have any clams. I reminded her and she said they were shucking them and their machine was broken. This was a lie because it does not take that long to shuck little neck clams. She forgot to put them in. A few minutes later I told her to just cancel them and she said, I see them. They’re up now. Next dinner arrives, I order the flash fried lobster which has always been good. No longer is it flash fried. It was fried crispy and was not worth the price. My daughter orders salmon which is dry and has no taste. To add insult to injury, I called the restaurant in advance to tell them that we were bringing our own cake and it was a surprise for my daughter. Dessert time rolls around and she (the waitress) has no clue. What was the point of my phone call then? So we then had to say it AT THE TABLE that there was a cake in the back. Considering this experience I will not be coming back and would no longer recommend. $350 wasted."

"There are two employees who short me every time I purchase ground chuck at the Collierville store. The guy who wears the bomber jacket in 90 degree plus heat entered the store from outside and immediately came behind the counter offering his assistance. When I suggested he wash his hands first he went to the back room even though there is a hand washing station directly behindwhere he was standing. He might have been gone 20 to 30 seconds and returned. Don't know how he could have washed thoroughly anddried his hands as completely as they appeared. I always check the weight of product when I get home and compare it to thereceipt. 3.4 lbs of ground chuck when I paid for 4 lbs. is the treatment I received yesterday. I cooked it after weighing andgave it to the dogs. Man bun is the other employee who shorts me every time. I won't be shopping there again, ever! Response toowner: Bomber jacket boy always has the jacket on in the store serving customers. If I said anything to the managers and theyconfront the employee what are they going to do to the product the next time I purchase? It was quite clear to me he didn'tbother to wash his hands when requested. But he did short me intentionally as he has done virtually every time he waited on me.$50 is a nice gesture but it doesn't resolve the fact that man bun and bomber jacket boy shorted me every time they waited onme. The hand washing incident was the final straw. The reason I'm writing this review is so people will know what some employeesat Thomas Meat and Seafood are like in my opinion based on my experience. There are others that are spot on every time. They arevery pleasant to deal with and I'd have them over for dinner anytime. It's unfortunate a few bad apples spoil basket."
