The food was delightful and the service was outstanding. However, I felt that the Portobello mushroom appetizer was not worth the price. It only came with a single small mushroom, along with a few tomatoes and sauce. While it was tasty, the portion size didn't justify the cost.

Went this past weekend with my wife for a nice night out after all the snow, appetizer portions were large and dinner was good. Service was exceptional, took good care of us all throughout our meal making sure we had everything we needed and didn't interrupt us when we were busy talking together. We will be back!

In short, this is the best-kept secret in Columbia! Everything here is fresh and delicious. The food was of excellent quality, and the portions were generous. We tried the special salmon dish, which was outstanding, as well as the lobster ravioli, and we were delighted with both choices. The staff impressed us with their promptness, attentiveness, and knowledge of the menu, and they were very polite. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return.

I frequently walk by this restaurant without really considering it, but I'm so happy I finally made the decision to give it a try. The food is absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to taste everything on the menu. It’s a lovely little place with a cozy vibe. You might find it hard to save room for dessert, but you absolutely must try their cheesecake—it's out of this world! I will definitely be coming back soon! Rating: 5/5 for food.

In the end, we left feeling rushed and undervalued as customers, as though our evening ended the moment we settled our bill. This was unexpected, considering the high quality of the food and the restaurant's good reputation. I've only recently moved to Columbia and had spotted this restaurant several times, but I never took the chance to go in—what a HUGE MISTAKE that turned out to be! This restaurant was incredible! I ordered the cheese soup, bread, and Alfredo tortellini, and everything was superb. The service was excellent; we were seated promptly, even during the lunch rush. The food was absolutely delicious, and I'm excited to explore more items on the menu since there are so many choices.

They had unique choices on the menu with a variety of things that you would not expect to see at a restaurant called the “the pasta factory”. They’re more than just noodles people! We had a great time and we will go again. I forgot to mention a couple things. The bathrooms were a little worn down. Could use some updating there. The pasta salad was a delightful surprise. I really appreciated all the unique Stainglass windows. They obviously have taken some time to collect a various amount of logoed glasses. They were fun.
