"I am extremely happy with my experience at this restaurant. The Hot Oatmeal is perfectly creamy, just the way I prefer it. The Chicken Finger (Wrap or Panini) is tasty and the portion size is just right. They also take special instructions into consideration. While this place may be a bit more expensive than others nearby, the quality and taste make it worth the price. I will definitely be ordering from here again and again!"

"I truly wish I could say the food was excellent, but the rudeness of the woman at the counter was unacceptable. It was my first visit, and when I asked a question, she laughed and glanced at her coworker. I chose not to confront her since I was with my child. She really needs to be more kind and professional. Although the food might bring me back, the way I was treated makes it hard to justify a return."

"I've been a regular at EPH for several months now, and I have to say that it's quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. The food is always amazing, the service is top-notch, and the vibe is just right for a relaxing night out. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff members who have made my visits so enjoyable. Keegan, Kanasa and Ernesto are some of the most attentive and friendly servers/bartenders I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They always make me feel welcome and go out of their way to ensure that I have a great experience. Of course, the food is the real star of the show here. Whether I'm in the mood for a juicy burger, a hearty salad, or some perfectly crispy fries, I always know that I'm in for a treat. The kitchen staff clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. The vibe of the place is also just right. It's a great spot for a casual dinner with friends, a date night, or just a solo meal at the bar. The decor is cozy and inviting, and the music is always on point. Overall, I would highly recommend EPH to anyone looking for a great meal and a fun night out. "I am disappointed to see negative reviews about this restaurant because the food here is excellent! I have been a loyal customer for almost 5 years and every visit has been consistently great. My favorite dish is the farmers omelette. The lady at the counter may not always seem friendly and may come across as a bit brusque, but I understand that the staff is always busy and working hard. It is possible that there may be an occasional mistake with a dish due to the high volume of customers they serve. Unless you have worked in the fast food industry, you may not fully appreciate the challenges they face. Despite any minor issues, I will continue to dine here and support this establishment."

"I visited during happy hour and had an amazing experience. The drinks were excellent, but the buffalo wings were the highlight! They were a good size and came with a deliciously spicy buffalo sauce. "The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. Shame should give them the lousy customer service and the lousy quality of the food with the years they have on the market !!!!! I will never return and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. "From the moment we arrived, the staff rushed out to assist her with her wheelchair and help her up the steps. Once we were inside, they seated us as close to the door and bathroom as possible, which allowed plenty of room for her. These thoughtful details may go unnoticed by most waitstaff, but this team was incredibly observant. Since my grandma can’t walk far, sitting near the door really alleviated some of her discomfort when it was time to leave. The staff was truly kind. She absolutely loved the fresh homemade pickles, and when she told the waiter they were the best she’d ever tasted, he generously brought her more to take home. As for the food, we're both big salad fans, and the portions were massive! I ordered a fried chicken salad, which can be hard to find in a southern style. It was delicious! My only minor critique would be that the ranch dressing tasted a bit sour for my liking, although my grandma enjoyed it. Being from the Southwest, I have quite the ranch preference! I appreciated that everything seemed homemade – for the ranch, I’d suggest using Hidden Valley powder packets to mix rather than the bottled kind. I had no idea we had a Jackson Hole Diner in NJ, as I have visited one before. This was a delightful discovery! They even make their own orange juice. Overall, we were very pleased with the food, but what truly made our visit special was the wonderful customer service and kindness we received. It seems that in today’s world, people often don’t show enough respect for their elders, but that was not the case here. Everyone treated my grandma like royalty, making her feel celebrated as if it were her birthday. One gentleman who helped her down the stairs refused my tip several times; I had to insist before he accepted it. His genuine kindness came straight from the heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making my dear grandma feel so valued and cared for. She really enjoyed her time at the diner and mentioned how nice everyone had been to her. We're truly grateful for the experience!"

"Coaches pub was a bit of a surprise to me. Our server was great funny and attentive. He really aimed to please. He couldn't help that their new cook was in charge of my 10 oz Ny strip steak medium rare bloody. They attempted twice to bring me a medium rare steak to no avail. I can say the second steak that came out was medium and unseasoned. If I had to guess he was upset he had to remake the first steak. Because the replacement was also overcooked but no flavor. I tried the pig out Burger my husband had and it was amazing. The pig out Burger is bursting with flavor. I was a little surprised 2 draft beers were $14... I did enjoy the homemade fries. Steer clear of the sour old tasting coleslaw."

"I visit Breakhouse whenever my car needs servicing since my mechanic is just a few blocks away. Unfortunately, I've been coming here quite often lately. However, visiting Breakhouse adds some positive energy to the experience. I usually arrive early because I really enjoy their breakfast options. The coffee is great, but the cappuccino is even better. They also have a clean and comfortable bathroom. If I lived closer, I would definitely come here more frequently. It's one of my favorite places to eat, with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere."

"Mercy. Fail upon fail. First time to Union. Ordered Tanqueray Tonic. Out of Tanqueray. Tried Sapphire and tonic. Tasted like lime water; told the waitress I suspected thier tonic dispenser was pumping only water. She had the bar remake it with the same result, and they obviously didn 't change the tonic. Went to the next plan and ordered Guinness. Out of Guinness. Ok, how about a Cabernet. Waitress arrived with a Chardonnay. When we pointed out the error, she said oh, did you want the red Chardonnay? . I can 't make this up. Asked what the soup of the day was....waitress didn 't know but said she 'd check. Never came back to let me know. Ordered a pork tenderloin after confirming they were freshly hand-breaded. It was obviously a frozen deep-fried patty. Disgusting lettuce and tomato, and TWO whole rings of onion. You can ice this cake with a side of nasty crispy coated fries. Might be back if I 'm ever in the mood for a draft of Busch Light. Which is never."

"Was driving by and saw the sign for Cuban food and decided to give it a try. It was an all day Happy Hour for Tuesday so any flavor margheritas were $7 . We had 3 each. Our bartender Jeancarlo was amazing and helpful. And kept the drinks coming. Very good happy hour marg. Didn’t taste watered down. For dinner we had the Fried Snapper with tostones and a salad. The snapper was amazing , fried but not greasy and flavorful but not salty cooked to perfection! We even ate the eyeballs which I heard they eat. Also ordered the lamb chops with mashed potatoes in a creamy mushroom sauce , I ordered medium they’re ere cooked perfect to temp and I didn’t need to add any salt or pepper to my dish. The place was calm and quiet on a Tuesday but I will be back as I heard they have live music!! Overall enjoyable experience !"

"This restaurant was fantastic! We almost missed it, but the owner greeted us at the door and invited us in. Burger One lives up to its name with their fresh and delicious burgers, but it was the authentic Mexican food that truly impressed us. We tried the special (cecina a la mexicana), as well as the enchiladas and chips with guacamole. Everything was exceptional. It is a great value for tourists in New York, and just a short walk from the park. Locals should definitely give it a try too!"

"When we ordered our food and an appetizer, he appeared confused. He didn't ask us if we wanted drinks; instead, he suggested, "Is water okay?" We ordered a water and a soda, and when they arrived, they were in small glasses with very little ice—maybe 10 ounces total. The appetizer arrived, but the queso was very thin—possibly that’s just how they prepare it, but we didn't like it. Our main food was served without mentioning the extra item I ordered, which showed up a few minutes later. We asked the woman who brought the food for drink refills, and she didn’t seem happy about it. When we finally received our drinks, it was an awkward exchange. The waiter never came back, not even to bring the bill. I had to approach him at the bar, where he was sitting and looking at his phone. He seemed surprised and oddly asked if we wanted boxes. We requested one, and he reached behind something to grab two instead. When I handed him my card, he looked puzzled. He eventually returned with the receipts to sign, but the whole interaction felt very awkward. I almost never leave without tipping, but this time I felt there was no service worthy of it. The food might have been warm enough to be safe to eat, but it definitely wasn’t hot."
