"What a great spot! Our first visit. After walking by Panchita's early this week we made a plan to visit today. And boy are we glad we didThe seafood paella was absolutely incredible. Fresh and complex delicious, seafood, and light and flavorful mix of whole-grain rice. This was an absolute surprise and one of the best paellas I've ever had. The warm salad was hearty, fresh and again complex also. We were pleasantly surprised as this is not your typical tomato and melted cheese type of Mexican place that we've seen too many of, but truly well prepared homestyle cooking with fresh ingredients and complex recipes. This was a real treat. We're looking forward to coming back and trying some of the other unique dishes on the menu the sangria was perfect, as was the margarita, bravo! The staff was also super friendly and attentive."

"First of all, everything was cold. We were made to wait around 5 minutes for our food, even though we live just 5 minutes away, so the travel time couldn't be the issue. I ordered crispy tacos, but they were quite soggy, which makes me think that most of our food had been sitting in a warming area for too long. I ate mine anyway because I was really hungry. Unfortunately, the other two members of my family couldn't finish their meals. They ordered Enchiladas Texanas and Enchiladas Vegetarianas. The red sauce tasted like a plain can of tomato sauce was dumped on the plate—lacking any seasoning or spice. The chicken was bland and, to top it off, it was cold. We tried to call and voice our concerns, but the person who answered the phone didn't speak English, and they indicated that no one else there did either. I could only express that my food was bad, and after that, the call ended with no further communication. I'm really frustrated, having spent $50 (and yes, I tip well!) only to find myself needing to drive back to the restaurant to sort this out. It's unlikely that I'll return."

"Loved this restaurant very clean the staff very friendly welcoming attentive the atmosphere is relaxing enjoyable the food was good size portion well served , you Savor the flavor of their delicious Authentic authentic Mexican food .my order was a taco salad with guacamole sour cream and cheese with shredded chicken the last touch was the different sculptures potteries which looked like made of clay a guitar display gives it a nice touch, the view is breathtaking Mountain view if you look to your right there is a view of Las Vegas Strip lastly they do have mariachi band oh one more thing ask for Pedro he's very simpatico"

"I will begin by saying that eating was fantastic! ribeye, sea bass, chicken maul and jalapeño suppe! the service was very slow. we stuck in the back room. we asked for refills on water, tee and beer. the server brought the bill and forget that we ordered dessert. our friends have picked up the register card and given a very generous tipp of $100. server was not the wish of this great peak! Dinner/drink bill was $150.00 we thought it was strange that he brought the bill out before our dessert came. we asked him about dessert and he said he had forgotten. if he thinks he could order the desert for us and get it that he brought a bill for $16.00 when he disserted him. have you known me? I went to him and asked him how much his tipp was and he didn't even say $100 how generous it was. I said that at least what you could do because you forgot that our desserts it at this place complicated. he said I can't! ellen! now we can't and will not be back to this site mission viejo ever again. you blew it!"

"We came here for a birthday celebration and it turned out to be a terrible dining experience. The manager came over to our table and told one of my friend's he wouldn't serve her a glass of wine until she ate something, but made a pretty big scene about it in front of the rest of us and embarrassed her. When another person tried to talk to the manager about the situation he was completely rude to her and told her he didn't care if we ever came back to the restaurant. On top of it all one of us had a chicken bone still in our enchilada. Needless to say it was not the fun, birthday dinner I was hoping for and none of us will ever return."

"I love it when food is well-seasoned, and the dishes here truly deliver. It's not just salted; they have a great variety of flavors. The portions are generous, and I always leave with leftovers. The food arrived hot, which was a nice touch. If you're not familiar with Spanish or have difficulty understanding heavy accents, I recommend pointing to what you want on the menu. "Like with any places around here it's hit or miss. Sometimes the beans are great sometimes you get like 8 beans and more liquid. I love the mini tacos asada or Pastor. Sometimes the meat is the best Sometimes it's okay. Especially when you go here as often as we do. I love how they all help each other. They are quick and the table Salsa is pretty good. The margs are pretty tasty 2's max. 1 gets ya feeling pretty good. The Service is wonderful and they are very attentive. Don't have to flag someone down for more water which is great. Sometimes on a Friday they have music like mariachi or a guy singing, which is really great."

"I visited this restaurant with some colleagues and was disappointed with my order of the taco salad, which was just shredded chicken and lettuce. The menu listed the price as $7.25, but I was charged $9.99. My coworkers were also overcharged for their meals. When I brought this to the attention of our server, the manager explained that prices had gone up and they had not yet received new menus. She claimed they had written the new prices on the menus, but they were wiped off during cleaning. The manager implied that as long as a sign was posted, they could charge whatever they wanted. Despite feeling taken advantage of, we paid the inflated prices without causing a scene. It's concerning how they can justify this dishonest behavior. Just a heads up if you decide to dine here."

"The food is always consistent and good. My boyfriend got the all-you-can-eat buffet and thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered a red chili burrito smothered. My food was delicious. It is the red chili meet I have been looking for for a long time. The one bad thing about our visit was the waitresses. There were not a lot of customers however there didn't seem to be a waitress that patrolled regularly to make sure everybody was okay. However we did have several different waitresses and even people that cleaned off the tables asked us if we needed anything. However our waitress was not one of those people. I would still highly recommend this place. It may have just been an off day for the waitress. We still received good service and everybody was polite."

"I've been a big fan of la nopalera since 2020 when I first came to visit the area. The service is fast and friendly the food is as authentic as it gets in Savannah. I LOVE their margs! The prices are great and the sizes are worth the money! I usually recommend this place for a fun birthday dinner, or a little date night. The restaurant itself is right across the street from the mall so traffic can be a little crazy and not going to lie, so can finding parking but 100% worth it! The food is also always delicious and hot. The pretty much cater to your needs if you need anything added or removed from your entree. Like I said, they are extremely friendly and customer service oriented. You will always get free chips and salsa here. My favorites include the carne asada, carnitas mojara! If you're looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food in the area, look no further! La nopalera is for you !"

"I fell in love with this restaurant and now I order it whenever I can! Every time I order, I try to order something new and each time I find more to love! My favorite meat options are the carnitas and chicken tinga. I love that they have added a kids menu. It's perfect for when I want a smaller portion or when my siblings are over. Growing up in a Mexican household, I order the most when I'm missing home. It is the closest I have been able to get to authentic Mexican food within Park Slope (I order from Seamless). It's a must try! Order the carnitas! I highly recommend the chicken empanadas and flautas also. Literally everything here is great! My partner loves their burritos!"

"Good food, very full, has this earthy authentic Mexican taste. But I give him four stars because it was a bit mild. I understand the sale to the masses, but I like a little more warmth in my Mexican food. Burrito was huge, with a beautiful mix of vegetable rice and beans. Maybe a little light on the beef and I started on one side that was mostly rice. Still very good. Very cute place, definitely fulfilling my desire for Mexican food, as we are stopped in this cool city to take our mast on our sailboat before you go through the Erie Canal on Dragon's Lair a Catalina 470."

"Absolutely Authentic! This is not your usual Americanized Mexican cuisine. The chili sauces here are intricate, well-balanced, and truly representative of the heart of Mexico. Keep in mind that most of the sauces contain chocolate and indigenous spices, which may take some getting used to for certain palates. Personally, I found it to be delicious. "I would have given this more stars, but I ordered 2 bean tostadas, a taco lunch, 2 fried tacos, an order of chips and salsa, and 3 hot sauces. Well the taco lunch and fried tacos were good. The tostadas had the tiniest amount of beans on them. Little to none. I was asked if I wanted hot or mild salsa. I said mild. It’s was very hot. I don’t even think it was salsa, I think they poured all the hot sauce in one container instead of individually like I asked. Which means I didn’t get the salsa I paid for. So, bean tostadas with almost no beans, and no salsa."

"I made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab Hotel. We sat at 7:45 am. At 8:05 a.m. nobody had come to our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send a waitress. 8:30 no waitress got up and told the hostess to send a waitress please. 8:40 no one yet. Each waitress distributed the table like we weren't even there. I was so upset we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else. There were four of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined !!!!! I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant in my life. I will be sure to tell my friends about the terrible service we received. NO apologies for this kind of service !!!!!!!!!"

"Stop for lunch and the Village Combination Plate. It was excellent as always. The taste and aromas were like I remembered. Very recommend this plate. Before lunch I got chips and salsa. The hot sauce just had enough kick. It's one of my favorites. My server Yessenia was also great. She was on her game. Greeted me in time. Smiling and was warm and friendly. I never had to ask for one thing because she always looked after me and filled my drink without asking. Very recommended to ask them as a server. The place was busy at lunch and it was good to see since we closed last year. The parking lot has many places to park also has handicap spots. You accept cash, credit cards and debit.
