"We have only gone a had full of times. We do like the food but the waiters are horrible everytime we go! Last night was the last straw for me. We went when It was busy so I understood that we were going to wait a little longer than usual. Here is how our experience went last night:-We waited about 15 mins at our table before anyone came to ask for our drink order. When the waiter finally came he said what would you like to drink no I'm sorry for the wait nothing. I then proceeded to ask him if they had boba coffee while pointing at the drink section of the menu. He then rudely goes oh no only the drink order I then proceeded to say right, do yall have Boba coffee with no boba He said yes. I said I'll take that a large sweet tea and my bf ordered a beer.10 mins later my bf and sweet tea arrived and said that they were making my Boba. And walked away. Now I forgot to mention, this whole time he seems very rushed.-25 mins later we were able to order our appetizers. We ordered two beef pho soups, 1 kids chicken Ramon noodles, a chicken summer roll and spicy edamame.-We received our noodle soup about 15 mins later. It was more of a here you go and then left. Our table. I actually needed an extra plate but couldn't ask because our waiter was already gone. About 8 mins later we got our beef soup and my Boba coffee. I had to stop the waiter from leaving to ask for my add ons and as I was asking for a nother beer for my bf the waiter walks away mid sentence. 5 mins alter he bring one plate of add ons. I literally had to say before you leave we need another beer My bf got it like 10 mins later.As we were in the middle of our meal I noticed that our edamame and summer rolls hadn't come out yet. So I stopped a different waiter to let her know we were missing it and got them shortly after.I not once have experience this disrespect from anyone let alone a waiter. So what do you do if you receive a horrible waiters experience. Not tip? Well we didn't. Not only did he stop us at the door and had the nerve to ask us why we didn't leave a tip but they went ahead and added one them selves even though I marked no tip.Never going there again. They give horrible customer service and then steal a tip with out authorisation of the client."

"Had fun with a fun group of people. There was plenty of food to choose from, and you didn't have to wait long to get it. What makes this a great place to grab a bite is the location, the atmosphere, and the countless movie memorabilia on every wall to look at. It is fun to flash back and remember some greats, as well as wonder if any of the actors actually ate there. Only ask is to upgrade the garlic bread to French loaf vs Hoagie bread. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly."

"Dear Alex, Danielle, and Greg, I am highly disappointed to have done an online order and pick up after a long days work to head home and write two essay papers for class, and to sit down with my dinner and about to start doing homework to find that my childs meal is missing the favorite part of the meal, as well as my meal was missing the WHOLE premise of that meal. Especially TIPPING on an online pick up order with hopes that each meal was carefully checked before pick up. And then to get told that I would get a payment coupon, no, I want my refund. I drove all the way there and back home. I am NOT driving back out to just get a coupon. I expect to get a call back or I will be disputing this with my bank. As I am tipping for a service that was not rendered and food that was missing. Note to anyone that completes an online pick up order: I would not tip until you check to make sure everything in your order was accounted for."

"Please fix your online ordering system. I placed an order around 4:30pm for 5 items. When I arrived only 2 items were ready. When I asked the server she stated that since 2 of my items were lunch specials that may be why the statem kicked them out. I told her I would still like to get them items and asked if she would honor the price since i placed the order prior to 5pm. But she stated it will be full price dinner items since it was now after 5. I drove all the way to your restaurant, your system had the issue, very poor service. You should have done the right thing to take care of the customer. I will not return or recommend. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5"
