"Neddy, is very attentive of her restaurant and customers. It's a family owned business and I have seen all hands on deck myself. Her Husband and Older Son cook while her other children help out as well. Neddy herself loves to talk about her baked goods, which she is very proud of. If you like muffins, she's got muffins (flavors keep growing literally). The food is very delicious and I have no complaints whatsoever. The family is from Jalisco and Puebla. Really nice family and we did enjoy our time there. Thank you so much for being attentive of us. The atmosphere is very authentic to Mexico."

"I go here all the time as a dominican myself the only criticism is please put less saltly flavor in the sancocho, i know we are to combine it with white rice but still. Food is good, beans are soft and delicious, and mangu is just right in texture and if you call they have the order for you to pick up when they say. Dining in they are good, attentive to come by, but sometimes it can be hard to get your servers attention when its not busy because they are all at the front desk taking walk-ins."

"Great location, very good service and thats where it ends. The margaritas are so bitter you can’t taste the alcohol, even when you ask for hi-end spirits you can’t get past the bitter mix. Margaritas are easy Easy, tequila, fresh squeezed juice, simple syrup, an orange flavored liquor, weather it’s triple sec, Cointreau or Grand Marnier. Add the salt, it’s pretty simple. “Rib Eye” Fajita? It was so overcooked and salty. The vegetable were overcooked but accountable compared to the “ribeye”. The taco salad was average. Price extra for chips and salsa...."

"The food is absolutely fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. However, I've faced some frustration trying to order online or by phone, as they often seem to be closed. I've visited in person twice, and both times the service was excellent. Just this past Monday, we attempted to order around midday, but the restaurant was closed. Now it's Friday at 2:30 PM, and no one is answering the phone, nor are the apps taking orders. It’s confusing to know the right time to call or place an order. We genuinely want to support this restaurant, but it's difficult when their availability is so inconsistent. For these reasons, I'm rating it a 4 out of 5. The food itself deserves a 5 out of 5—if only we could actually get it!"

"If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars. I'm not sure if these other reviews are fake but the food and service was not good. I started off with the queso fundido chorizo and there was not enough cheese. I also ordered the combo #2 which was a taco, quesadilla and an enchilada all with beef. The taco was alright, the meat was very dry and the tortilla tasted stale. The quesadilla barely had any cheese and no meat. I couldn't even eat the enchilada because it smelled like the elephants at the zoo and did not taste good. The waiter also overcharged me on my food even though the menu clearly states the prices. It was a waste of my money and I will never come here again!!!"

"Found this place because a customer and I had to take a look at a 65 C10 he was thinking of buying. Due to the wait, we got lunch in the city of Rome, GA. Customer found this Mexican place. Reminded me of an old style Texas Restaurant from the 70's. Service was average and the wet steak burrito that came out was large. The food was average, meat was not seasoned and/marinated. Just Ok. I am from the West coast so I don't understand why certain Mexican restaurants have to change thier taste of food for the people here. You can tell it's predominantly white area here, still no reason to change the taste lower that authentic taste. C'mon brothers and sisters make it like in Mexico!!!! Man I miss the West Coast Mexican restaurants they kill it and have you begging for more. This place is just MEH!!! Oh chips and salsa was that cheap thin stuff. No No No."

"The food is excellent at this restaurant. If someone judges a dining establishment solely on its appearance, they may want to consider looking elsewhere. "This restaurant is fantastic! I stumbled upon it on Yelp and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered a tostada and two tacos, which turned out to be a bit more food than I needed. They have a salsa bar with a variety of salsas, chopped onions and cilantro, tomatoes, pico de gallo, and some incredibly tasty pickled onions and jalapeños. The place serves delicious Mexican street food in a laid-back atmosphere at really affordable prices (only $10). The service was excellent, and they have a large bar! Cleveland really needs more spots like this. I will definitely be coming back."

I'm completely in love with their steak taco dinner—it's a generous portion when you eat in! Be sure to try the green salsa; it has a wonderful kick. "Having an apartment in this neighborhood my husband walked past this place every day so we decided to have dinner here even though I had come by here a few weeks ago asking if they had Sopas and besides telling me she didn 't really speak English the answer was just No!the menu was extremely limited and really has Nothing for Vegan 's or vegetarian 's. I believe there is one item a burrito with spicy vegetables. It 's a Mexican restaurant yet has No Mexican cheese for their items on their menu. Also No Mexican Coca-Cola in the bottle. They have Corona Beer but unfortunately there 's No price on the menu for Corona so we didn 't know the price until we got the bill. $12 for 2. My husband ordered a steak burrito I ordered a quesadilla they have No black beans so I had to get pinto beans they have No Vegetarian rice so I got guacamole and whatever cheese they use I believe cheddar. They have No Lime for the beer and the girl said the owner said limes are too expensive so they only gave me lemon for my beer. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and I certainly can understand why no one comes here. Our food arrives she sets it down walks away and what do you think after her and I have been talking about Vegetarian-Vegan-Food what do we have but Chicken in my quesadilla! Her answer and excuse was oh well I wrote just cheese quesadilla but the kitchen didn 't see it. We are the only people in the restaurant there were No other orders. As some favor she says oh you can keep it I 'll go and make you another dish. Ummm... clearly she wasn 't listening to what I was saying because why would I keep a chicken quesadilla being a vegetarian?? I gave her the whole plate back and told her I wanted a check. My husband got his burrito to go, we drank our two beers and the bill was $32. My husband also gave her a five dollar tip I 'm not sure for what her bad attitude or all the mistakes?? They are a joke! Zero stars for the service! zero stars for the food! one star for the atmosphere"

"I always enjoy coming here. Service is great, and the food is really good with great prices! It’s a family owned restaurant. I’ve catered food platters for holidays and they have always been superb! This time I used their Taquiza services for a private event can’t rave enough about the ease of service. We had a taquero, and they arrived exactly on time, had all condiments and their own set up. We had about 8 choices of meat and meat combinations of tacos to choose 4 from which was amazing! They were a hit! Well priced and flavorful. I’ll definitely continue to be a loyal customer to them. Highly recommend for eating there, catering, food platters and taquizas."

"Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed the ambiance was quite dark with low lighting, which I didn’t particularly enjoy. However, aside from that, the food was fantastic! I absolutely loved the steak tacos, accompanied by rice and beans. My friend ordered the Enchiladas Suizas, which had a delightful spicy kick. I tried the agua de Melón, and it was simply amazing! My friend opted for the horchata, and it was decent. Lastly, the chips and salsa were excellent; they served a green salsa instead of the usual red dip. The customer service was also commendable, as the staff regularly checked in to ensure we were satisfied."

"It's an authentic Mexican spot I presume run by real Pueblanos in the Bronx. I've had the Al Pastor, Barbacoa de Chivo, Bistec Gorditas, Tacos Americanos, Pollo Gorditas, Bistec Tacos, and Pollo Tacos. Note that real Mexican tacos don't come with cheese for that you have to get the Americanos. For the price this is a good spot although I've had better elsewhere. Also, I wish delivery was faster every time I order it takes quite some time for the food to come and I don't live too far from it."

"First I called, trying to find out what a certain meal picture on the website was, because it looked very good. The person who answered couldn't tell me as he thought I was trying to place an order. Kept asking for my name, if I'd placed an order online, and trying to confirm I wanted tacos. After a minute or two he hung up on me. Finally got a colleague to tell me what the picture was.Ordered it for pick up, along with 2 others getting pick up.All of our food was pretty cool, not very warm at all. My dish looked similar to the picture but was lacking ingredients I saw in the photo. Lots of soggy chips, too. One of my colleagues got a burrito... the wrap fell completely apart after he took one bite. We won't be coming back."

"What a fun place! The decor (which is also for purchase) gave such a vibrant atmosphere. The food was authentic and delicious. It was served very hot and in large potions for a very reasonable price. I don’t think anyone at my table was able to finish their plate! I ordered the chicken fajitas and churros (latter not pictured) and they were excellent. The rice was bland though. Also, very extensive selection of hot sauces, which my group enjoyed. My biggest complaint was that it was very hot and stuffy in the restaurant at the time we visited"
