"I rarely write reviews because I 'm a busy career woman, but I 've had two incredibly terrible and beyond negative experiences here. I live in the neighborhood and am always looking to support local businesses. Both times I 've came here, the manager has been so rude and unhelpful.The first time I arrived I bought a sandwich. Instead of charging me a combo/meal sandwich, he decided to individually charge me for every single topping, which resulted in an extremely mediocre, overpriced hero sandwich. The entire time I had to ask him a bunch of questions about pricing and he made snarky remarks about how he decides what to charge because "he 's the manager he sets the price. "The second time was worse in terms of customer service. I asked for a sandwich and he proceeds to tell me they are out of lettuce. Then, he retracts his statement and says he has lettuce but it 's 75 cents extra. IS HE JUST TRYING TO SQUEEZE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE? It 's not about the money, it 's about the disrespectful tone and the lack of kind customer service. I got so frustrated by his lackluster attitude and disrespect, so I simply walked out.All in all, the manager in this establishment is extremely rude and inconsiderate and they have terrible customer service. This interaction truly ruined my day and I do not recommend coming here. I will not ever be returning."
