"When I suggested a refund or credit for the order since it wasn’t prepared as I requested, they still said no. It felt like a waste of $23. The manager’s dismissive attitude toward resolving their mistake really frustrated me. I’ve been a loyal customer of Grammas for over 20 years at their Batavia and Withamsville locations. I’ve always enjoyed their food and support local businesses, but all the manager had to do was have a driver drop off the sauce with the next delivery. Everyone would have been satisfied, and the driver would have received a tip.
Unfortunately, the manager’s unwillingness to accommodate a longtime customer, especially after a mistake on their part, left me feeling disheartened. As a result, I’ve decided that I will not be ordering from Grammas again. For over two decades, they’ve always rectified any issues when I dined in. When a business grows large enough to neglect their customers, they lose their personal touch and become too corporate. So, it seems we part ways here.
As an update: the wings were also dry and overcooked—truly disappointing."
