"The food is pretty good honestly, but this place cannot get their s together. I've ordered delivery from here 3 times in the past 3 weeks, and they've royally messed up our order each time. The first time, I ordered pizza, and a completely different order got delivered with pasta and a calzone. I called in, and they had someone deliver our correct order. Second time, I ordered a pizza with extra sauce, spinach, and mushrooms, and they forgot all 3. In that same order, we had two other pizzas and pizza sauce on the side. Pizza sauce on the side was forgotten. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered a few pizzas, and told the lady taking the order that I needed it delivered. She took my address, I paid over the phone, and she said it would be here in 45min to an hour. I even told this person that they had screwed out order up two times in a row and asked that someone double check that everything was correct. After an hour and 10 minutes with no delivery, I called in and asked what was up. The guy who answered told me the order was placed for pick up. I said absolutely not. He said out pizza had been sitting there for an hour and I could go pick it up. No why in the hell would I want pizza that's been sitting there for a freaking hour. He should have offered to remake the food and deliver it immediately, but he didn't. I told him I wasn't picking up hour old pizza and that I wanted a refund. I'm so incredibly disappointed because the pizza was good, but I will never order from this place again."
