"Definitely could have been better... Ordered for delivery by grubhub, paid $44.75 and not worth it by any means. First of all the man who delivered went to the wrong house. No big deal however when I went outside to see where he was, I told him my street address and he argued with me that's where he was standing... sorry but I'm pretty sure I know my own address and you were across the street and 2 houses down. Then he dropped the dessert on the sidewalk! Cheesy bread wasn't very cheesy and rather plain. The only thing that saved it was the garlic butter sauce. I've certainly had better! Husband had the gyro and he's had several from other places and this was the smallest one we've ever seen. It's more like a small flatbread than anything. Spaghetti and meatballs is what I ordered, $10.99 and received 4 burnt meatballs with very pasty marinara. Unfortunately since the marinara was only about 4 spoonfuls on top of the spaghetti, the rest was dry and plain noodles. Cheesecake... as stated the guy dropped it on the sidewalk. We paid $44.75 in total and it was way expensive for the quality that was received. We wanted to give it a chance and we will not order again."

Great Pizza but bad Doordash driver who dowes not know how to carry and deliver a pizza. Not Palios fault and Doordash issued credit.

Wow! The pizza here is fantastic—extremely fresh and delicious. I couldn't find a single downside; I just wanted more! The crust is firm but not overly crunchy. Definitely worth a visit!

This restaurant is rapidly becoming one of my favorite spots for pizza in the area. I've had the chance to sample their Meet and Cheese Deluxe Pizza, Cheese Pizza, and Greek Pizza, as well as their Hot Italian Sandwich. Everything has been excellent, and the service has consistently been outstanding. I'm really glad I decided to give them a try!

Palio's is a good tasting pie. My problem is the size. I ordered a large for pick-up and when I opened it at home it looked like a small to medium. So I can't imagine what a small or medium would look like. I guess on the positive is the pizzas are not pricey so you get what you pay for. I would just prefer to pay for something that leaves me with leftovers for tomorrow's breakfast. View menu

This is how Palio 's fixes the problem of an incorrect pizza being delivered. Sir, you need to come in and get the correct order. Excuse me, but it was not my error that the wrong pizza was delivered. It wasn 't our fault that the wrong pizza was delivered, because we gave the driver multiple orders to be delivered. When did it become the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to fix the restaurant 's problem? UNBELIEVABLE!!

We had our second company function at Palio's in Richardson this evening. There were 11 of us and we ordered pizza, cheese bread, mozzarella sticks, and drinks. The pizza was not sliced properly and we had to essentially tear it apart. After paying the bill I noticed that when I got home that a 30% gratuity had been added to the total. That seems a little high, especially considering the lack of service. I will not be going back to this establishment.

I have always loved this place, and today I came in for the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. However, they have quit providing metal eating utensils, and switched to plastic. The plastic fork is incapable of picking up the fettuccine. I had to ask if they didn't have anything better, and fortunately, they brought me a metal fork. If anyone in management is reading these reviews, I strongly suggest you bring back the metal utensils. As much as I love the fettuccine, I'm not going to buy it if I can't get it into my mouth. So, this is a rating *only* based on getting delivery. No idea what dining in is like. But, after a 3rd try and everything being delicious, I figured I should leave a little feedback. We've ordered quite a few different things and are satisfied making this our go to order out for pizza. So far we've tried Maria's bbq chicken pizza, Noah's pizza, smoked texas brisket pizza, the make your own calzone and myo pizza. Also, throw in a couple cannolis. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about anything we got. I love the personal sized pizzas, so my husband and I can get a couple (or few and share. The only negative thing I have to say is about our medium pizzas we ordered. They cut the pizza i...

I stopped by for lunch while I was in town and sampled several items from the menu, including pizzas, pasta, and a sandwich. The service was quick, and the food arrived exactly as I ordered. The dining area was simple yet spacious, complete with self-serve fountain drinks. When I inquired about their top seller, I was told that the King Pizza was the most popular, followed closely by the Buffalo Chicken, so I decided to order both along with a custom pizza topped with pepperoni, onion, and bell pepper. I also got the hot Italian sub with spaghetti and meatballs. The Buffalo Chicken pizza was our favorite, while the sub was very flavorful (especially the bread). However, the spaghetti might h...

"A mean chicken sandwich, along with an array of other diverse items, is what you can expect to find here.Their chicken sandwich, though pricier than one at a fast food drive thru, is well worth it. It's a well seasoned breast fried with a well-balanced crispy batter. And, to top it off, it's bigger than cheaper fried chicken sandwiches elsewhere. The classic chicken sandwich is satisfying, but some of their other sauced variations might satisfy people who want more unique flavors on their sandwiches.Everything tastes fresh, and the organic cage free chicken they claim to use can be tasted. It's a juicy clean tasting chicken, and one's stomach can feel it later. Unlike a lot of other fried chicken sandwiches, there's a remarkable lightness about it.The fries they have are fresh and hot, but are also thick crinkle cut fries which may not be in some people's taste. Luckily, the homemade chips they make up for that fact, and they shockingly taste much better than they should. For those hoping for a healthier option, this place offers plenty of wildly delicious choices involving grilled chicken, quinoa salads, wraps, and many others that are no less creative than their fried chicken choices. The stellar atmosphere and friendly service cap it all off.If anything can be complained about, it's that the biscuits here are too soft, and lack the crumbly crispy texture of a regular biscuit one is used to eating. While it's not bad at all, some may not find it to their taste."
