"The service at the restaurant was rated one star, while the food received two stars. We arrived at 6:30 for our reservation, with an 8 pm show at the Pantages Theater next door. We were promptly served water, but it took 25 minutes for our server to finally show up and take our drink and food orders, after I had to inquire with the hostess. Unfortunately, four other couples who were seated around the same time as us left before being attended to. Our appetizers and main course arrived at the table almost simultaneously. We had to search for our server to order coffee and request the check. To our surprise, a 20% tip was added to our bill for a party of two without our consent. My husband had to ask multiple times for creamer for his coffee. Overall, I was torn between one or two stars, but the imposition of a 20% tip for such poor service was unacceptable."
