"First time at RPM Italian. We been to the other two RPMs and Italian did not disappoint. From the service, food, atmosphere, and experience it was all great. We love how they spread out their meals and the menu. We started off with apps, then had twosmall pastas that we shared, then had an entree that we shared. All spread out with appropriate time between."

"The receptionists were nice, the restaurant was beautiful. The food was okay only. We went 2 consecutive days (limited restaurants on a Sunday). Day 1 the waiter read the daily special from his booklet, and seemed scattered (full seating that day) but he did offer us bread. He advised of the 2 hour parking credit took my slip. But I still had to pay the full amount of the ticket when I exited the parking garage. Day 2 the waiter handed us the paper with the special to read for ourselves when asked about the bread he said the chef doesnt offer bread unless it's asked for. Then went on to say they dont do it for what we understood as new year resolutions purposes. The portions the food was different/less between days (I ordered same plate my family had in day 1). The filet was undercooked then returned burnt/dry on the outside. I complained about the parking issue and the receptionist made sure it didn't happen this 2nd time. It wasn't the greatest experience but also wasn't horrible. The place was clean. If you are not seated by the kitchen side it might be quieter."

"Harry's Savoy Grill was an ideal restaurant for an anniversary date night. Even after many years of being around, the restaurant is lovely and well maintained. The front entrance is attractive and only has a couple of steps going in, which I thought were fine for me. I didn't realize that once I got inside and had to go to the tables, I would be going down more than a handful of steps. I told my husband I was having one of my better days and weeks, so I would go ahead and navigate the steps, but he shared with me where another entrance is to the restaurant. He was aware of these from visiting for past work functions. As my other reviews hone in on accessibility and comfort for elderly, those with limitations and illnesses, I'm happy to share this information with those visiting for the first time. There's parking in the front—which is where we happened to be, but there's also parking around the side and the back of the restaurant. You'll find those parking areas close to an entrance readily accessible for all with canes, walkers, wheelchair etc. Back to the experience inside, we were there on a Friday night and seated immediately because we had our reservation. Although it was busy, the seating tables have a nice amount of space between them you can enjoy your conversation and your dinner without feeling like you're going to bump into someone else or feel as if they overhear everything. The rolls are fresh baked and delicious. The only thing I wanted was more of it, but I certainly didn't need it. I ordered the New York strip steak, added on a lobster tail, had the carrots spiced with garam masala, land a crisp, fresh Caesar salad. My husband's order of ribeye with mushrooms was cooked to perfection. Also, their wine and beer list is extensive enough to find a wonderful pairing with your dinner. Lastly, I enjoyed the creme brulee for dessert along with some coffee. Overall, we had a fantastic night, great food and atmosphere. I know I will be back when that fireplace is on during the winter! "An overall disappointing experience at Workshop last night. All five in our party (previously fans of the restaurant) don’t plan to return here on future visits to Palm Springs. Our issues: made reservations two months ago specifically asking not to be seated at the communal table. We were seated there anyway despite our objections and showing the host the original request. poor quality of appetizers and entrees. The cooking was very sloppy (soggy, undercooked fries) and questionable technique (pickled/sous vide chicken breast). Not sure how you recover from that except just better cooks and oversight. service was slow. After being seated we weren’t greeted or given water for minutes. The waitress thanked us for being patient but blamed this on “things being really busy.” The point of reservations is to assist restaurants with resource planning, so again this points to poor management."

"We had a 1 pm lunch reservation and when we arrived we were told we had to eat outside in OCT without prior notice. It was cold. Our food to 1 HOUR to come out and our server did not check on us or tell us there would be such a long delay. Once our food arrived we asked for the check and it never came. We had to wait for our waiter to come outside and.ask for it again. We gave waiter 2 credit cards Snd he put it all on one. I have been going there for years and would have rated the service the highest in past. This experience with Jorge was terrible."

"Nice little bistro. Ever since Blue Fish closed, we were on the lookout for great sashimi and sushi in the woodlands. We happened upon this place this weekend.Sashimi is my bellwether to a good sushi restaurant. The fish quality in sashimi speaks for itself with no sauces and other fillings to embellish it. The salmon sashimi here was excellent as good as Blue Fish. The “sexy lady roll” with tuna, yellowtail, spicy tuna and other stuff was excellent too. The lobster roll was ok. A constructive criticism, the tempura batter was a bit too thick and when fried was a bit too overpowering compared to other places. My rating is based on the sashimi.Other pluses are that the prices are great for the quality of fish, service was decent too.Recommended."

"This restaurant offers authentic Italian pizzas made with imported ingredients. While the vegan options aren't clearly labeled on the menu, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ready to discuss what dishes are available for those seeking plant-based choices. They have two types of crust: a thick, chewy style and a thin, crispy option. The seemingly simple marinara pizza is surprisingly flavorful and comes at a great price! This review was updated from the previous one on June 20, 2019."

"I called before our reservation to ask if we can bring our own bottle wein. they told us that we could and that we would be accused of a corking charges that were expected. When we arrived with our bottle, we were told that they wouldn't open it because they sold it there. I'd understand if I called earlier, they would have said that, they set us up fast. eating was very good. the pasta in the wheel was my absolute favorite thing that I ate. we ordered a bottle of wine at the end, which was also good. there were only two stands in the lady room and one was ordered. the service was decent until we finished. we didn't tell them dessert and we wanted the bill and it took 35 minutes to get it. I asked the manager and it wasn't until I told the hostess that we would just go if we didn't get the bill that they finally let us pay. I would come back for the pasta wheel, but for the price of my meal I would expect a better one around the experience."

"The customer hospitality was great, our waiter was quick on service, would rotate around our table to see if our experience was well. The food tasted great, I ordered a Scorpion King Roll, Surf and Turf, and Gyoza. I would highly suggest ording the Gyozaappitizer, my sister and I loved it, as for the Surf and Turf the lobster wasnt on par with other restaurants at the same pricepoint, although their sushi was also incredible. A great place to dine in."

"Overall Zanti is a great neighborhood addition, but it is important to note a few aspects of the dining experience that could be greatly improved. First, we were celebrating a birthday, and as most reservation processes include an option to indicate this, I did on OpenTable. Without request or prompting, a birthday dessert with a sparkler was delivered to the table at the end of the meal. This is a nice gesture and of course it is appreciated. But without notice, this is understood as a compliment of the kitchen. Instead, Zanti added $11 to the bill for this celebration. Since this was not requested and we were not given the ability to opt out, this upcharge is disappointing Second, the crowd is energetic and lively, but one group at the bar and one table near us crossed the line between having a good time and disrupting others screaming and cursing. It did not appear to be addressed meaningfully by the staff."

"The restaurant has potential for improvement. I enjoyed the atmosphere, but there were some flaws. The paella was a disappointment as the seafood was overcooked and the dish tasted too fishy. However, the mussels were fantastic and fresh. The calamari and other dishes were also enjoyable, as were the cocktails. I wouldn't recommend the paella specifically, and the service was a bit slow, likely due to how busy they were. I would consider giving them another try in the future."

"On the bright side, our dinner waitress was absolutely wonderful! She was a lovely girl with reddish hair and glasses, though I didn't catch her name. She was not only friendly but also very professional. She even managed to get us a few complimentary entrance tickets to the back room to compensate for our long wait, which we truly appreciated. Once we were seated, the night improved significantly, except for one issue with the bartending service. With a group of eight and various cocktail orders, it proved to be a bit challenging. Unfortunately, one of the bartenders was not very patient with us, which led to some frustration. This was reflected in the drinks, as they were mainly filled with juice and contained very little alcohol. Despite these hiccups, I still have many fond memories of my time at La Fabrica. I would definitely recommend it!"

"Worst service I have ever had at this restaurant. Our waitress seemed like it was her first time working, which would have been fine if she also didn’t seem irritated to be there. In addition, I had to walk in and order our drinks at the bar because she never brought them. She was busy chatting with a group of friends out on the sidewalk"

"We used to order from here all the time. Unfortunately this time has to have been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any order or delivery service! The sushi is usually great, but this time the tuna looks like it's several days old and did not taste fresh AT ALL! If you are looking to order online, you will not receive anything you see in the pictures. I know that there is usually a difference between pictures that are doctored up and what you may receive, but this didn't even fit the description! We decided to try some new dishes since our faves are usually on point, but this time, even our faves were extremely poor quality! Not sure if they have come under new management or just given up, but this is not the place for good quality or service! When I tried to call and report the issues I had, I was told that nobody seems to have problems with these items so there is nothing they can do. Unbelievable! Don't do it folks!"

"We always try a new restaurant when we travel, and we were thrilled to dine at Saga Sushi. There was a short wait when we arrived (which we now understand was because the food was amazing), but we were pleasantly surprised with a bowl of edamame while we waited for a table. Our waitress was lovely and the atmosphere was cozy. The miso soup and sushi were the best I've ever had. I highly recommend trying the unicorn roll and anything from the hibachi menu. They also offer some fun non-alcoholic drinks. There is a large parking lot with plenty of spaces available. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ramp leading to the front door. Overall, we give Saga Sushi a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. The price per person for dinner is $20–30. Recommended dishes: Miso Soup. Free parking is available."

"My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. I had seen the menu online beforehand and was looking forward to it, but to my surprise, the regular menu wasn't available that day. I wish it had been made clearer that only the Valentine's menu was on offer. The atmosphere was a letdown for me. I had high expectations for this restaurant but was disappointed to see small plastic tea lights on the table, pop music playing, and even holes in my boyfriend's napkin. I was hoping for classier jazz or piano music instead. However, I did appreciate the quick service and friendly servers. The rose on the table was a nice touch for the holiday, but I wish there had been a stricter dress code enforced as some guests were not dressed appropriately. I had been hoping for more options on the menu and felt that the overall experience did not justify the price. Compared to other places I've dined at, I was expecting more from this restaurant."

"Yuwa is our favourite Japanese restaurant in Vancouver. The food is superlative and the service is outstanding. We recently had a party with severe food allergies, which the staff went over and above to accommodate (deliciously...I might add). We recommend it highly."
