"We were sat by a host. First our waiter gave us our menus then decided to pass us off to another waiter. When he came over I asked him for 2 waters and to told me to relax and take it easy because he was very busy. Everytime I asked him for something he was too busy. "The food was amazing. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was just a little loud. Dishes being banged together and a kid sitting on the most squeaky stool kept going back and forth squeezing it. That's why only 4 stars for atmosphere. The rest was great."

"I had previously visited The Omelette Factory and found it to be a decent experience—nothing exceptional, neither good nor bad. However, after a recent brunch with friends, I can confidently say we were all very happy with our time there! Let me start by mentioning our hardworking waitress. She was doing her best to take our orders in a timely manner, but we were engrossed in catching up and enjoying the reunion. I didn’t catch her name, but she was constantly moving—checking in with us, running to assist another table, or hurrying to serve other guests. It was clear she was busy, yet she was determined to provide great service. Throughout the hectic Saturday brunch, she maintained her sense of humor and managed our table perfectly. A+ for her effort! When our food arrived, we were all momentarily silenced by how delicious it was. The portions were generous—we even had leftovers! We all agreed that this visit deserved a 9/10 rating, largely thanks to the staff. And let me be clear, the food was fantastic as well. I’m already looking forward to going back, and my new favorite dish is the Huevos con Chorizo with flour tortillas! I've said it before and I’ll say it again: please don’t judge a restaurant harshly because of an overworked server. Times are tough, and many places are short-staffed. The employees who show up deserve our appreciation!"

"It was not a pleasant experience as a solo diner.I was very excited to go there after hearing a lot from people but it was a real bummer. I am on solo trip of California and Venice beach was on of the stops. I went here for lunch. I asked outside if they serve one person, they told yes. I sat inside and waited for 10 minutes and no one came. I went to register and ask if someone will come, they told Yes. A guy came and gave spoons set. I waited for another half an hour and no one came. Two persons came for dine in at that half hour and there was a waiter right there to help them and no one asked me still. I then told that waiter and she took the order. My order came on time and food was delicious but no one came again to refill my glass of water. At the end, when I went to pay the bill, I found that they have added a 10% gratitude. Seriously, how can they do that, I don’t know. After my resistance, they removed the gratitude. I don’t know if a solo traveler should visit their restaurant or not."
