"I have been a loyal customer of Jack in the Box since 1983. Last night, around 9:30 to 9:45 PM, my wife and I walked to the dining room only to find the door locked. My wife suggested we use the drive-thru instead. As she turned to head back to the car, she noticed a petite lady cleaning the soda machine. I believe her name is Alondra. She reassured us that the drive-thru was open, which made me very happy because I had a rumbling stomach! I expressed my appreciation for her attention to detail while cleaning the soda machine; it was truly refreshing to see someone take pride in their work."

"The drive-thru experience was disappointing; they never seem to get my order right. When I called to speak with the manager, the person who answered passed me to a new employee who had just started their first day. It felt like a scene straight out of a movie, like the spaghetti scene from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High"—it was both surprising and amusing. America is a wild place right now, and I can't help but feel frustrated by the current state of affairs, which I attribute to the president. If only this were just a movie!"

"3.5 stars for the declining quality of meat and the mechanical handling of pre-made food that meets U.S. standards. 4.5 stars for the hardworking staff in a challenging and crowded environment. This particular Jack in the Box has consistently met my expectations. However, I sympathize with the moms working overnight next to a cold drive-thru window, facing what are clearly outdated conditions. The food maintains the consistent quality associated with Jack in the Box. It's worth noting that food quality has generally declined across most fast-food establishments, and overall restaurant costs have increased with a weakened U.S. dollar. I genuinely appreciate those dedicated workers who manage a job that few of us could handle in real life. Regarding cleanliness and the quality of food served, I would say they are doing their best given the circumstances. I usually order breakfast sandwich meals, flagship Big Burger meals, desserts, and milkshakes, so this gives you an idea of the basis for my review. Cheers!"

"The food that we purchased at Jack In The Box was perfect. We enjoyed the food so much that we had Jack in the Box again that same day. "I used the drive through this morning to get breakfast hash brown, sausage croissant, and a large coffee for just under $10. The man at the window was polite and efficient, my food was ready within a minute of ordering. I know the cost has gone up to adjust for the hourly wage increase but I don't mind, these workers deserve a living wage and they really come correct with quality hot food at a fair price."

"My review is based on the requirement that you order via the application, because this location tends to have a single person taking both the in person orders, and handing completed order to all of the customers. Unless the location is dead there will always be delays even with a basic online takeout order, and really long waits if you opt to order at the counter. As for the food, it's good, and I have not had huge issues with any order though if you need sauces, ketchup, etc make sure to ask. My last order was a Yummy Munch Meal of their Burger/Grilled Cheese , plus Fries, Tacos, Beverage plus as a Bonus Chocolate Cake, a great deal at $6 if you order after 9pm as I did heading home Sunday night. Parking is not bad, plus great values, rewards and bonus items when you order via the AP."

"I visit this place quite often. The staff is generally nice, although it's not quite the level of service you get at Chick-fil-A, but I suppose it is fast food. I'm writing this review because I visited over the weekend and ordered a Smash Jack, which was excellent. However, I also ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich that was absolutely terrible. They slathered a huge amount of sauce on both sides of the bun, making the sandwich soggy and greasy. I couldn't even finish it; I took one bite and had to throw it away. I spent nearly $20 on two sandwiches and a medium fry. At that price, I'd rather go to Taco Bell, which is in the same plaza. It wasn't busy during my visit, so I'm puzzled by the inconsistency at this location. (Just a heads up, I worked at Jack in the Box for three years, so I'm familiar with what the food quality standards should be.)"

"In regards to Jack in the Box, the experience that you encounter varies according to the moment. Meaning it depends on many factors such as day of week,time of day, events in the area (ex. First Fridays etc. I visit this establishment late-nights so being the only establishment open 24 hours, it has a lot of customers who go to Jack in the Box when one gets hungry at 4 in the morning, and have a taste for a taco. "We recently dined at Jack in the Box in Woodville, TX three times in the past two days and I have to say, we were extremely impressed. The french fries were served fresh out of the fryer and cooked to perfection. Our burgers were customized exactly to our liking and assembled with care, just as I would do at home. The employees, despite looking tired from a busy shift, greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed in our bag - ketchup, straws, and plenty of napkins. This morning, my husband surprised me with a breakfast sandwich that far surpassed anything I've ever had at McDonald's. I usually only enjoy their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, but this loaded breakfast sandwich on a sourdough bun with a side of hashbrowns was a game changer. I asked for a hot sauce and I was told I needed to pay $0.25 cents for it when I have never been charge at any other jack in the box, purchased $32 dollars and only got one ranch and one bbq the hot sauce was charged tome with the excuse that I was asking for too many sauces and I had to pay for any extras. "I can say I've spoken with management at this JITB on a frequent basis she is one of the best parts of my mornings. Super friendly and extremely respectful. She seems to genuinely care about my issues I've had at his location. And has addressed many of them. That said there is a major issues with the overnight staff at this location. They are rude and inconsiderate I'm general. Very inattentive and seem to to have an attitude 100% of the time. Even when in the drive thru and trying to be considerate to them if there's a long line or if there's a walk-up due to patrons to this location. In the morning the food is fresh and tastes great In the evening the food is cold and seems to have been sitting around. It's impossible to get hot fresh fries in the evening. Regardless of how busy they are. It almost feels as if the evening staff deliberately give less then desirable food to particular customers based on repeat customers. I've resolved to travel to a different location in the evening at this point"
