Food is good. If you order online don't bother paying extra for dipping sauce though, you will never receive it. They love ignoring the sauce.

Pretty much what you would expect from any fast food location. It's not the worst I was and every time I had it, the staff are very friendly. The ice machine always works so well!

We ordered takeout from this restaurant. The fries were very similar to the ones at McDonald's. The chicken sandwich was neither particularly dry nor incredibly juicy. It may not have been the best, but it was still tasty.

It was good. The spicy chicken was beautiful and spicy and the nuggets were delicious. The sandwich chicken tasted good and everything, but was a bit cold as if it looked for a while. It was the first time out there and we have a pretty good impression of it.

I dropped by this restaurant for a late-night bite before heading home. The drive-thru was busy, but running smoothly. The food was hot and fresh, the service was good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great experience. I really enjoyed it. Great job. View menu

The restaurant was average, but when I requested bacon or asked for no pickles, the person at the drive-thru rudely said "NO" by scratching through the speaker. I didn't feel like arguing with that kind of attitude, so I ended up eating my meal with bitter pickles and without bacon.

This place is a below average jack in the box. They tend to be rude as the methadone clinic patients and drug dealers use it as a meeting spot for illegal activity but they have cracked down on that especially during covid as they closed the dining room and allow only drive through. Don't expect hot fresh food and sometimes forget about carbonation in your soda. The milkshakes are just soft serve blended a bit. If you are looking for fast food like this go down the street to McDonald's or burger King. Even Denny's

I can say I've spoken with management at this JITB on a frequent basis she is one of the best parts of my mornings. Super friendly and extremely respectful. She seems to genuinely care about my issues I've had at his location. And has addressed many of them. That said there is a major issues with the overnight staff at this location. They are rude and inconsiderate I'm general. Very inattentive and seem to to have an attitude 100% of the time. Even when in the drive thru and trying to be considerate to them if there's a long line or if there's a walk-up due to patrons to this location.
