"Went here for the first time this weekend. Not busy at the time we got there, so there wasn’t a wait. The people with whom I interacted were very down to business and not engaging or polite. They weren’t rude, but I definitely didn’t feel like they were interested In serving us. The place was mostly clean, except the overflowing ice at the soda machine.As we finished our order and approached the register, the cashier mumbled our total. I inserted my debit card and she flipped around the screen for me to sign. I was happy I looked down, because the total on the screen was different than the total I was told. Then I noticed there was a default 5% gratuity added onto the check. Apparently, they will charge a gratuity unless you tell them not to. I think this is very shady and deceptive. Be aware!!!The pizza was ok, in the same vein as Blaze or the dozens of others right now. However, that practice will ensure I don’t return."
