"If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order for a 9:15 PM pickup, but when I arrived, I didn't receive it until 9:43 PM. By the time I got home, the food was cold (after being told it wasn’t ready), and it looked unappetizing. The cookie was hard and seemed old. Why did the meat look like that? Kirk, the manager, was incredibly rude when I mistakenly said "noodles" instead of "pasta." I’m really frustrated right now. It’s 10:00 PM and everything is closed. This guy has no empathy at all. He just said they were closed, but what about my dinner? His response was, "Well, if you drive back, I’ll refund you." Seriously? That’s all he could offer? It’s a 15-minute drive! I’m done with this. Some people just don’t understand how to treat others. Just remember, what goes around comes around. Next time, treat customers the way you would want to be treated."
