"I went for the first time two days ago and really don’t think I’ll be back, I went to the westheimer location and the food was nothing special, service was good but not great. The food was heavy on my stomach. I ordered black beans patty on a mushrooms Swiss burger (bun less because have a gluten allergy) and was a little disappointed on taste and the fact that they didn’t have a gf bun option. My partner got a steak and the meat looked pale and the flavor was not what I specked for a franchise like this one. Place was clean, not that many people inside. Just not what I expected"

I have moved here since march 2022 and my dinner tonight has been the best.My food was delicious.The cooks Nestor and Lorenzo were on point and the manager Tabatha and Jeff the bartender amazing!!!

We waited so long after being seated before many other ppl. I wonder if it was because of the color of skin why They didn?t even bother apologizing! Just be mindful that I?m not sure if it?s racial or not but idk if I?d ever go back! It is also dirty likewhen I pass by the kitchen I was concerned #itzNono ????

I wish I could say it was a good experience but I would be lying. Service was awful we didn't even get our chips when everyone was and if it wasn't for the other gentleman who actually was making sure if everything was okay we wouldn't have received what we order and food... not so great. I wish I could claim that my experience was good, but unfortunately, that wouldn't be true. The service was terrible; we didn't even receive our chips while everyone else did. If it hadn't been for the other gentleman who was proactively checking on us, we wouldn't have gotten our order at all. As for the food, it was disappointing. Overall, the place has changed quite a bit since my last visit when everything was fantastic.
