However, when April returned about fifteen minutes later to take our food order, her demeanor shifted and became a bit rude. She mentioned that our drinks would be out shortly, but they took longer than expected, and we began to feel frustrated, especially since we’ve never encountered such an issue before.
When our food finally arrived, everything appeared fine. I asked April for some napkins, but she never brought any, so I had to request them from someone else, who promptly provided them. After we finished our meal, it took a while for her to bring us the check, despite us asking for it twice. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and it has left both my husband and me hesitant to return."
