"On a recent visit (July 29th, a little past 8:30 PM), I encountered the same employee again. I ordered two 40 oz drinks, but one of them was filled significantly lower than expected. I politely expressed my concern, but she just waved her hand dismissively, took the drink from me, and handed it to another coworker. I couldn’t understand how they managed to fill it so quickly when it had been so low to begin with. At no point was she apologetic or friendly when returning my drink.
This lack of customer service is disappointing, and unfortunately, this is the third time I’ve faced a similar issue at this location. I also found that the customer service email provided does not work."
