The staff is always very sweet which helps before getting your work day started. Only issue would be they were offering free immune support and said there would be no after taste but there was and it stuck around with me most of the morning. Overall exceptional smoothies and service. My Favorite Smoothie King Location hands down!"

I want to thank Drew, the manager, for reaching out and addressing the issue. I visited the restaurant yesterday and ordered two 32 oz angel food desserts, but I received the wrong order. I tried calling multiple times, but no one got back to me. I didn't want to go back and wait in line again to sort it out—it's just a waste of my time and money. The service was also very disappointing.

The staff here is incredibly rude! The customer service at this location is very disappointing. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was told I couldn't be there—well, why was the door open then? I ended up going through the drive-thru, and since no one seems to know how to use the Smoothie King app, they wouldn’t honor my reward smoothie. Usually, this store is great, but it seems like the staff tonight just don't want to work!
