"Phenomenal experience all through. Food, drinks and service.. all top notch. Such a great place. Celebrated a Bday dinner and surprise, they gave a Bday card hand signed by the entire staff, including from the chef. Such a personal touch to it. Ordered seas bass,Orecchiette pasta, and burger. Burger was so juicy and succulent. Well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Pasta was al dente and the sauce was.. Wow. However the best dish of the evening was Sea bass. Looks basic, but so complex flavors. A slightly tangy rice with a bit charred Cauliflower and perfectly cooked fish. Out of the world. Drinks are pretty solid (especially cocktail and wine collection). We are definitely visiting again. Vegetarian options: There are few options. Dietary restrictions: Will accommodate. Parking: Free street parking, but hard to find during peak hours. Kid-friendliness: Yes, they 've kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes."

"The food was fine but the experience was weird. 3 employees working, 2 of which had headphones in and seemed to have a hard time hearing customers (go figure). Upon arrival there was one couple in front of me and it took the 3 employees nearly 15 minutes to make a 6 inch sub. When it got to my turn, the younger employee that seemed new or that he could care less about his job forgot that he needed to put veggies on my sub until someone from behind me told him to do his job. He then proceeded to add all of my veggies onto the customers sandwich who was behind me. We didn’t realize until it was too late that he mixed the subs up. The manager offered to remake both subs but I and the customer behind me were just so eager to escape this dreadful situation that we said not to worry about it. overall a **** poor performance by all involved. i do not understand how headphones are allowed in a customer service environment. especially when its obviously very much hindering you from doing your job even close to correctly. the lady asking me what cheese i wanted had to ask 4 times cuz she kept forgetting."

"During my recent 34-hour break, I had the chance to visit this restaurant twice. On the first day, I tried the Pizza Hut Express, and on the second day, I treated myself to one of my favorite specialty sandwiches: the chicken strip marinara. They start with grilled chicken strips, warm them up on Italian herbs and cheese bread, then add marinara sauce from their meatballs, topped with provolone cheese, a sprinkle of oregano, and toast it to perfection. I finished it off with fresh tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper. I also ordered a combo meal that came with a drink, nacho cheese Doritos, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. I’m really impressed with the improvements at this location. It had some issues a few years back, but I can see the positive changes with each visit, which makes my experience even more enjoyable. Keep up the great work!"

"We were waiting in line behind a family who were not fluent in English. The waitress serving them was making an effort, but unfortunately, the trainer was incredibly rude. She was disrespectful to her colleague, the customers in line ahead of us, and to us. She was muttering under her breath and slamming things around. We decided to get our food to go and did not confront her. Subway needs to improve their customer service, as this individual should not be working in the service industry. I did not catch her name, but she had a messy appearance with shaved hair on the sides and the demeanor of a hostile individual."

"I always enjoy fresh bread when I visit this place, and the subs are consistently delicious! I recommend trying the meatball sub with Provolone cheese, roasted with banana peppers and oregano, all on Parmesan cheese bread—it's yummy! "This location is my favorite. Fuel prices are lower than other truck stops around here. Parking spots are limited but wider than others no reservations or payments required). Bobtails are invited and BEST OF ALL THIS LOCATION HAS THE MOST FRIENDLY STAFF. Clean place, clean restrooms and showers. I call it my second home.I locked myself out of my truck and they offered me loaner tools too unlock my truck. It worked and saved me headache and money. One time staff was busy and Manager Bill walked out , while chewing his lunch, and helped me with my purchase. The employees are so proactive that amazes me. The Subway is open 24/7.My great ? experience. I bid contracts in Oklahoma and take my rest/ breaks at this location.I was to congratulate the management and owner of this location. "This subway at Summa Health is quite nice! It has a pleasant seating area. However, since it's the only coffee option in the hospital, I suggest replacing the Keurig with a machine that brews fresh coffee from whole beans. The food was both tasty and satisfying.
