"Awful service! I placed an order through DoorDash, and after more than 30 minutes without any updates, I decided to call the restaurant to inquire about my order since there was no progress showing on the app. The woman I spoke with sounded rushed and didn’t really check on my order; she just told me to reach out to DoorDash for more information. DoorDash informed me that this restaurant only uses its own couriers, which means I can’t track my order through the app. This is very confusing! If that’s the case, the restaurant should really consider whether to continue using DoorDash or any third-party delivery service, as this lack of tracking creates significant uncertainty for customers. When we place an order, our payment is processed, but there’s no way to know the status of the delivery. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I strongly encourage them to rethink their delivery methods because this approach is not beneficial for customers at all."
