"Ordered two combination meals using UberEats and selected pick up. I was notified that my order was ready and headed to restaurant. I gave my information to hear that “it’s coming right up.” After 10 minutes they come out with only one order being ready. The cashier sends meal back and requested the additional meal. 5 minutes later I’m told the type of chicken I requested for my meal is out and if I’d like to substitute. Already annoyed I selected a choice from what they had. It took 25 minutes from the time I entered restaurant to the time I left. All this time for an order that was endorsed as “ready for pickup” online. I can’t return to this establishment. They need to be trained on what excellent customer service looks like."

The server was nice BUT the Broccoli with Garlic sauce was SALTY. The lobster fried rice was obviously not made fresh because it was microwaved. The sweet plantains were COLD so they microwaved that too.

This restaurant has an amazing menu of savory foods with Carribean Asian recipes. Also, waitress and service is friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. I had a delightful brunch with my family. For sure to please your palette.

Wasn 't impressed with the food here. I 've had better jerk salmon. My date and I spent most of our time swatting what appeared to be fruit flies It might be a good idea to have this taken care of. Our server was very polite. The strawberry daiquiri was good.

I have ordered takeout from Henrica's numerous times. It is the only restaurant in Rosedale that consistently delivers delicious food in generous portions to feed my family. The prices are very reasonable and they have extended hours. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend checking it out. View menu

Food is good use to be better tho. It’s too expensive for the amount that’s given I paid $43 for beef and broccoli and chicken and broccoli meals. I expected my tray to be full but when I got home it was half empty oversized broccoli like the size of my hands. Small trey of rice just not worth it save your money.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious West Indian cuisine served at this restaurant. Although I found some items to be overpriced and small in portion size, the flavors were delightful. Unfortunately, my dish was made with hot, spicy peppers which I was not aware of, so I was unable to fully enjoy it as I cannot tolerate spicy foods.

I was initially apprehensive because I wasn't certain how much food I would receive with the "mini" size. To be cautious, I decided to order 6 separate orders of the "mini" size. When the food arrived, we had plenty - more than enough, actually. It was a lot of food, enough to feed at least 5 people. Thank you, Henrica! My father's birthday dinner was a delicious feast. Long time customer. This restaurant always has subpar service Turn around time on food. Food Is delicious and it’s the only reason I return. Visited recently and experienced something I have never experienced ANYWHERE. I ordered 2 Fried Shrimp Appetizers amongst other things. The shrimp was the issue. Crispy on the outside, Raw Shrimp on the inside. I checked both orders. Cut into each and every shrimp. Same. I’m writing this because not only am I disappointed with raw food but when I went back to return the food there was no regard for the mishap. No apology. No emotion or regret behind that counter. Unacceptable.

I called Henrica's Restaurant at 7:53pm to confirm the opening hours and if they are taking walk ins to be seated. I was told by a young lady yes. When my husband and I got there at around 8:30pm the seating area of the restaurant seemed closed. To confirm this observation I called the restaurant and a young lady answered. Before I completed my question, I was rudely and abruptly placed on hold without even told. I waited patiently for the lady to speak with me but she never came back to the call. The above customer service and communication was extremely poor and it was a turn off so much that I have no intention to ever return.
