"Lot of bad things with this place.1. The food just isn't up to par with other Mexican restaurants in the area. Tacombi is miles ahead in taste.2. The chips always taste stale. I've tried ordering them five times and they're always stale.3. They will mess up your online order consistently. All I ordered was a burrito and instead got the plate.4. The prices are very high compared to competitors.The only pros I can give this place is they're quick to make your order and the portions are somewhat big. Still wouldn't recommend going here over other places in the area."

"Pleasantly surprised by the food and quick service. Wanted American Chinese and decided to give this place a try despite the reviews— so glad I did! Ordered online and it was ready when it said it would be. Went inside and saw how food was cooked fresh and to order. It was clean and very deliciously smelling. Ordered an appetizer sample and it smelled and tasted fresh and with quality. Got an order of general gau’s for my husband he and liked his meal. The flavors of the lo mein had that wok flavor and I was impressed. The food was fried well but not only. Will definitely come here again."

"I’ve ordered takeout from here for about a year since I’ve been in Hamilton mill. Their staff is always friendly, food is always ready, and the chicken soup is always great. This is my go-to place for authentic soup when it gets cold out. Prices are also amazing. Love that the chips and salsa come complimentary."

"I can only give this place one star because I couldn't give it zero! The food was awful—from the tamales to the tortas to the quesadillas; it was so bad I ended up getting sick before we even left the restaurant. It honestly tasted like they pulled our food out of the trash. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! They have a lot of glowing reviews online, but keep in mind those could easily be from family and friends inflating their ratings because the experience was truly dismal. The service was just as bad. I'm not the type to skip out on a bill—I always pay—but I will never return, and I'm doing exactly what I feel is right by leaving this negative review. Save your time and money!"

"I cannot say enough about this restaurant. My boyfriend was hesitant at first because the outside of the restaurant looked a little dark and the name was not very clear, but we still wanted to try it after checking all the reviews on Yelp and here. Oh my god, I am so happy we did. What an amazing Japanese restaurant in San Francisco with great deals, especially during Happy Hour. The fish is incredibly fresh and high quality, and the other dishes are also very good. We love Japanese food and are always on the lookout for a Japanese restaurant where we don't have to wait for hours or book way ahead of time due to popularity, and of course, not overpriced like many other Japanese restaurants. Please come and support their business, I'm sure you will be coming back every week just like us. There is plenty of street parking available along the sidewalk. I would give them 10 stars if I could."

"Solid lunch spot VERY fast delivery within the Williamsburg area. Ordered the 15 piece sashimi and a spicy salmon hand roll for lunch. Both items had a nice portion of fish and the hand roll definitely did not skip. The 15 piece sashimi included 4 pieces of fried tofu 1star for me as a sashimi platter IMO should be all fish, not tofu . Also, the two pieces of mackerel sashimi were VERY smelly, definitely not what you want. All in all, I will order from them again and update my review accordingly."

"Very disappointed in the customer service. I will start by saying that when I first walked in I thought I had walked into a deli. They had a brunch going on and it was like a buffet. I figured we could sit in the back and it was a little better. Very little ambiance. I had purchased a Groupon for course meal and drinks as a gift for my girlfriend and we tried to use it on a Saturday afternoon. The Groupon was for dinner' but we were going during lunch time. I figured since the cost of lunch is usually cheaper they would not have a problem. Obviously, I was wrong. We were told that dinner doesn't start until PM and they couldn't help us. We asked if they would extend the Groupon because it was expiring that day, we were told no. We asked was there anything they could do? No. Dinner doesn't start until We left. Never got to try the food, but there customer relations sure left a bad taste in my mouth."

"My wife and I ordered from this restaurant for the first time last week, and from the moment we called, we knew we had found a gem. The woman on the phone was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and kind. The delivery person was equally friendly, and the food was fantastic. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to order again this week. "3.5 stars. It's a bit over priced because it's average. We found this place while searching for dinner places. It's located in a plaza, next to a bar with pool tables. The plaza offers free parking. 5 stars for the employee who was patient and attentive. He answered our questions and when he didn't have the answers, he went to ask the cook and accommodated us. The enchiladas were average. I ordered green and they weren't spicy which I loved. My partner ordered the enchiladas with shredded beef and red sauce. They had more spice than mine but still great for those who like red salsa. My sister ordered the Flautas. She said they were decent. The platter itself looked appetizing. Overall, it's a great place if you are staying nearby and want Mexican food. Is it authentic? That's for you to try and decide since we all have different tastes. My sister who cooks Mexican food said it's decent Mexican food. I don't cook, so I enjoyed it. LOL Also, they have a bathroom, one stall. They have high chairs for kids and a kids menu. Our baby didn't like her taco and preferred the Flautas. The taco was basic."

"I had the worst Mexican food experience ever. The burrito tasted like it was made with grocery store ingredients and had even less flavor than a $0.99 taco from Taco Bell. The tortilla seemed to be straight out of the package, and the refried beans were straight from a can. There was absolutely no added spice or flavor."
