"Unfortunately a filthy restaurant for failing to maintain their trash. As you can see there is trash residue all over the ground. Atrocious smell reaping through the streets all day long. Rats trap placed by the area which doesn’t surprise any due to the conditions mentioned. Additionally, garbage water everywhere. What a lack of care and ethical standards from Fornos of Spain. For ownership to be in the city for such a long time yet 0 care for environment is baffling. A showcase of carelessness and ignorance to cleanliness. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. An embarrassment to walk by."

"I didn't know that this delightful restaurant was in what looked to be an average row of store fronts. As you enter you are in a glass enclosed foyer with doors on the left to the hostess station and right to the bar. Which helps prevent blasts of winter or summer air from the dining patrons. I enjoyed the layout, decor and the lighting was a prefect balance to the ambiance here. They also had an upper level for dining which is great for celebrations with groups. The food"

"Second time to visit the Grant Grill. Has been several years. Great ambiance, and service. Originally seated at table with bench on one side. A bit low for petite women. Staff graciously moved us to all chairs for a better fit. Food excellent with one minor note. Ribeye was just a bit fatty. Will definitely visit again"

"Meal Type: Lunch Price per Person: $20–30 Food Rating: 4/5 Service Rating: 4/5 Atmosphere Rating: 5/5 I highly recommend trying the Maduros (fried sweet plantains) and Tostones (fried green plantains), both of which were delicious. The Ceviche de Camarones was fresh and flavorful, while the Vaca Frita and Pollo were cooked to perfection. The service was attentive and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. The atmosphere was lovely, contributing to an enjoyable lunch. Overall, a great place to visit!"

"That was a delightful surprise. The food options were delicious, and honestly, it was the best tapas we found outside of Barcelona. The Huevos Rotos were divine, and the Paella was prepared to perfection. The most addictive part of the meal was the delicious Sangria. We received very friendly service, and I can't wait to return."

"This is the third tapas restaurant we have visited in Chicagoland and it is so far the best. The restaurant has a standard menu and a large daily special menu to keep things interesting. We ordered four tapas plates, two from the standard menu and two from the daily menu. We also ordered a single serving of seafood paella along with two desserts and a few drinks. Menu prices ranged quite widely but expect the bill to be between $100-175 for two depending on drink orders. Everything was very good. If we are going to be picky the beef was slightly under seasoned as was the fish in the paella. The patio was lovely as was the interior seating. The service was fantastic. The waiter was quick to offer recommendations and explained the menu and portion sizes."

"We had a great, ?dinner tapas,? experience here. We were in the area for other reasons and we stopped there for dinner. It wasn?t busy around 5-6ish, so we got seated right away. My daughter ordered a peach sangria, which was delicious when I tastedit as I went with the classic, Estrellas. We ordered cream of asparagus to start off with, then 5 tapas for our main course, sowe could had a bit of every savourer tastes that we could expect from a Española restaurant in The US. Everything wasdelicious, I must say. We did not ordered the Paella it is usually very filling and because we wanted to ordered a variety oftapas dishes, which we did not regret at all. Service was excellent, ambiance very authentic, we were able to enjoy the,?Flamenco? show and price was reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore another Country?sspecialties. I would go back to tastes the others dishes that we didn?t order."

"Superb food. The service as well was really great. Our waitress/server Martha was very nice and helpful. They have an extensive menu of cold and hot tapas as well as a wine and cocktails menu and of course paellaâs! When we went around on a Friday they had live music and there were couples dancing. It was a great time. In the summer they also have outdoor seating. Their parking lot was a little small but not impossible to find a spot. For of us we ordered tapas and a lot of leftovers that we were happy to take home! I hope you love and enjoy Emilioâs as much as we do!"

"We came today for dinner to celebrate my mother’s birthday and it was our first time but definitely not the last. The place is beautifully decorated and the food fresh and delicious in every dishes we try but what really made our night special was our waiter, he was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. He absolutely made sure our table was well taken care of and his recommendations were exactly as described. Very professional hospitality graduate also a somelier which could absolutely recommend a great pairing wine and food I had the octopus was delicious as well as the lamb chops and Branzino. We’ll be back and recommend this place to everyone."

"First time eating at Cuba Libre. Aside from the cold hostess greeting and then being ushered upstairs, away from the more fun, themed part of the restaurant, we were very pleased. The food and drinks were delicious and our waitress was pleasant, helpful and attentive. Knowing what I do now, the next visit, I will insist on being seated downstairs where a winter coat is not needed and the more immersive experience can be had. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique dining experience with delicious cuban cuisine."

"My experience with Mojitos was very unpleasant. My food was a disgusting mess. I had an insanely overpriced carne asada burrito, it cost me $18. The tortilla was soggy and the inner contents were freezing cold. The fries it came with were like gross, cold, wet noodles. They put lettuce inside the burrito! This is absolute anarchy. The lettuce was brown wilted disgustingness. It tasted like old bananas. The carne asada was hard and dry, more akin to beef jerky than overpriced mexican steak. My nacho platter was an inedible lump of cold cheese and wet soggy debris. What inspired me to write this review was the terrible stomach cramps and explosive diarrhea that I got from eating here. I'm writing this right now doubled over in pain on the toilet bowl! All in all, you couldn't pay me to eat here again. Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Salsa Fresca blows this place out of the water!0/10 stars"

"The waitress was fantastic. We asked to be seated on a diiferent table because I did not want to deal with the traffic of folks going back and forth but was denied. Something about the servers rotation. The next thing , no tostones in a Cuban restaurant, WHAT? The when the bill came there was a service charge which ended being the tip. The manager that came to our table has a very abrasive demeanor."

"I came here for lunch on Saturday afternoon and was thrilled to try the Portuguese menu. You can see the restaurant directly from the street and they have their own parking lot that is great. We sat pretty fast and it was cool that they had an Italian and a Portuguese side of the menu. The menu was great and the whole food we got was very big portions and well made. We came for lunchtime and didn't get the lunch menu until we were asked what is interesting, but we can still order from him. After some more tables appeared, it took a little longer to get the attention of our server, but it seemed the only one there so that it was understandable. Overall, I would recommend tasting this place for the great food! I'll be there for Happy Hour."

"You know you are in a good, authentic place when the food literally transports you to your grandmother's house when you were a child. The black bean soup had this fantastic combination of ingredients that I have not found anywhere but in my grandma's kitchen. That soup, by itself, was worth the trip. The sword fish appetizer was very good and the pisco sour was fantastic (I know, pisco sour is not Mexican, but in any case, it was very refreshing and perfectly mixed). Price wise, well you are in NYC ... 'nough said."

"Amazing experience at this restaurant last night! Food/drinks/desserts were all spectacular! I had the vegetarian paella with the jardin salad and it was the best veggie food I’ve ever had. Pork feast was excellent and grilled pineapple mojito was terrific! We were a large group of people and they took great care of us. Our waiter Alejandro M was an amazing host. The vibes, atmosphere, music and everything else was perfect! Tres leches cake was very fluffy and airy, the flan was so rich and creamy. And we got the banana split sampler with brownies and custard in it which was absolutely divine! I would recommend this restaurant to all and would definitely go here again"

"Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most of the restaurants are overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we came in - that's a big plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without interfering. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as stated and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended."

"Great atmosphere and ambiance. The setting for outdoor dining-along the river with a wonderful deck and patio-makes for a wonderful summer dining experience. Our waiter was excellent. The food was very good, but not amazing. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Bend."

"This place fell short in everything besides service. Our server, Anthony, was great, but the food was mediocre, especially given its price point. There was a hair in one of my friend's eggs and the potatoes in the steak skillet were undercooked and hard. The breakfast sandwiches (we ordered the Broadway and Ham Sandwich) were both more bread than filling with not enough meat the ham sandwich only had a single slice of ham. The nutella banana crepes were good flavorwise, but the crepes were a little too thick. The chicken in the chicken and waffles was overcooked and the breading was hard to chew. Overall, the food was a 2.5/5 and the service was a 5/5."

"Delicious!! The food/meats are cooked to perfection. Tender and juicy pieces of meat, along with great sides... You will not be disappointed. Was recommended the skirt streak, but I have to say all the other meats in the 'picadera ' were tasty and savory. Great seasoning and temperature. Service was quick, efficient and attentive. Highly recommended! Definitely going on my list of 'will visit again '."

"Came here twice in a week! Staff is friendly and professional. Food was fun and very nostalgic for my daughter who spent months in Argentina. Both times we had lots of starters for our meal..... empanadas, shrimp, and the Tapas for A steak was ordered the second time as well. Indoors looks lovely though we sat outside. Will definitely return when we come back to DC. FYI... when we tried to reserve on Resy the link took us to reservation request but address for restaurant was in San Francisco?? We tried several times. Cancelled that reservation and booked through Open Table instead"
