"Hello it took me time to get back to you with my feedback.I will start with some facts.This establishment offered me a window for my daughter celebration on the 2 5 2023 between 2:30 and 5 or 5:30 that doesn 't matter . But they placed in the contract food service for adults and kids at 4 which I didn 't pay attention to . People who came and didn 't play bowling we 're staying on an empty table. Drinks were not distributed we had to go in person to get them at the bar although there were 3 servers doing nothing. Kitchen refused to prepare the food early even though the bar area was completely empty. So I ordered extra food and that was Ok. They brought out the food. But for the preorder food was not OK to be prepared early? Then kids start eating their food at 4 and servers didn 't pour their drinks , parents were doing that. They didn 't serve the food parents did that. One of the servers said that this was not their job. She was "Do I really have to pour the lemonade ? "The food that I ordered for the adults was served at 4 it was obviously too late already and the food that I ordered extra was served on the bowling tables and they rushed to moved us out even though they said we can stay there. OP management were not cooperative , rude and aggressive. In this business you supposed to accommodate the customers. This is not a school cafeteria that works on strict schedule. The whole system of service in this establishment is extremely poor, unorganized and chaotic. I am very disappointed that this didn 't work out well for me and my guests. Those servers were doing incoherent things opposing my decision about cake placement, table set up and organizing of service. I ve been in this industry for 15 years and it bothers me that people don 't understand and can 't predict the needs of a customer. You simply can 't serve food 30 min before the end. I know we spoke about the food but i was never mentioned the hours i didn 't see it coming. How can you invite people adults at 2:30 and suggest them to stay there 2 hours with no food. And the place was empty. A la card menu was open but the preorder food not.Bartender was 1 person and you had 3 OP managers? Bartender was slow unorganized and rude too. I would have to say that the whole personal there needs additional training. I will definitely recommend to all of my friends not to come to that establishment. Since the whole class of my daughter 's private school was there and no one was satisfied you can make sure of the negative impact to that establishment. Bowling , food , games is good order in general but refusing the food for the adults was terrible idea. I made sure that people who were there can eat and your stuff refused to get it because they put on the contract 4 o 'clock. For kids fine but for us???? I hope you get your business straightened up, because what you offer is mediocre and unprofessional.Thank You.G Nedialkova"

"I took my family to Fino's to celebrate my son's 17th birthday. And it was an amazing experience. The owner set tables up outside in the garden area because we were a large group. He was very nice and friendly!! The food was brought out and I'm all about presentation!! Everything looked delicious! The food was good. We are vegan, and they had a nice selection of vegan options on the menu. The Vegan Buffalo Chicken Stromboli was a huge hit!! Very Good!!! We will be returning!! Make your next pizza experience be at Fino's!! Dietary restrictions: They have Vegan options on the menu for those who don't eat dairy or meat. Parking: There is on street parking"

"We ordered delivery of Chicken Alfredo and fries, but instead received spaghetti with tomato sauce. Surprisingly, it was delicious! The dish came with a large loaf of bread topped with a generous amount of cheese, which was really tasty. The fries were moist and even better when dipped in ketchup. The chicken was tender and flavorful, complementing the lovely spaghetti perfectly. At $16.99 for a three-person serving of this amazing Italian entrée, it was a fantastic deal. I’m at a loss for words, but I would give it a 5/5 rating. I will definitely be back for more!"

"I went to Antonios and decided to try their famous Spinach pizza. I must admit, I was a bit unsure at first, but I was truly impressed by how delicious this pizza was! It had a generous amount of fresh spinach, mozzarella, and olives inside with just a hint of garlic. It was topped with another layer of crust, making it almost like a stuffed cake! To top it off, they also provided a side of marinara sauce for dipping. The chef seemed very proud of his creation and couldn't wait to show it to me. My son tried the pepper chocolate and absolutely loved it, despite burning his tongue because he couldn't wait to try it. I will definitely be coming back soon to sample more of their delicious Italian dishes!"

"I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered curbside pick up and called the store when I parked to let them know I was there. They told me it would be right out. Then I watched a worker walk outside and smoke a cigarette while another worker stood with him and talked. I waited 12 minutes before calling again to verify I had ordered from the right location and ask if they had my car information. The guy on the phone told me I would just have to go inside to pick it up because they were just so busy. I said I was sick and he said to me Well that 's not fair to me! We shouldn 't have to bring it out to your car if you 're sick. He then hung up on me. I drove off without my food upset but then got a call from the store saying they would leave it on the hood of my car. I said I would turn around and go back. I then sat outside for 20 more minutes and never got my food. I was sick (not from covid) and upset so, my sister said she would call to see what the deal was. When the phone was answered, she first asked to speak with the manager on duty and the same guy who hung up on me said HE was the manager... He then got a terrible attitude and hung up on her. Absolutely unacceptable way to do business. Curbside was created for the specific purpose of safely delivering food to a customer. I am not a Karen- I was completely prepared to drive off and just never give them business again-but then they called back and said they would put it on my hood and just never did, so I was pissed. This is the first Google review I have done in years. If that is the *actual* manager, the owner should make some changes or the franchise license should be revoked. And by the looks of it, I 'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with these folks. Will never go back."

"I had lunch today at the Garden Patio with a group of 20, and it was absolutely fantastic! Mauricio, the owner, is an outstanding host and easy to coordinate with. He made sure that our orders were just right. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. His wife also plays a significant role by making delicious pizzas and warmly welcoming the guests; she’s always cheerful and genuinely excited to see everyone. I really love dining outdoors on their covered garden terrace – it feels like a hidden gem amidst the hustle and bustle of Flushing, Queens. It's quiet and private, making it a perfect spot for lunch, dinner, or light bites, with a great selection of pizzas available. This place is truly a treasure!"

"Stopped by this pizza spot twice during my last trip as it was close to where I was staying and open late for a bite post concert. What we got: Sofia Loren Slice Pepperoni Slice Margherita Slice Garlic Knot Final thoughts: Spot is okay, but I've had much better pizza elsewhere. I found the slices to be thin and crispy, but also quite oily and lacking in the cheese department (though the bites with mozz were great). I like my pizza saucier and with more cheese, but that's just my taste. A protip if you get a garlic knot is to save that marinara sauce and add it to your left over slice if you also like a little more sauce!"

"Mario's Place is my new FAVORITE classy romantic upscale Northern Italy inspired restaurant. We dined in on a fully booked Friday evening with reservations made earlier that day. It's conveniently situated across from the Mission Inn Hotel. It wasn't difficult to find street parking when we arrived. So impressed with the care and attentiveness of their staff. Originally we were sat near the bar and when we asked to be sat in a cozier booth the manager Alan was able to accommodate us immediately. Our server Aaron and Billy provided top notch customer service throughout the night. Aaron made sure we had everything we needed. Billy kept us entertained and laughing with his quick witted comments from the friendly banter he and my date were having. We ordered a bottle of the Chianti red wine and it was lovely! We brought a bottle and I believe the corkage fee was $20-$25. For starters we ordered the fried calamari with tomato basil vinegarette and butter sauce which was perfectly prepared. The Wild Mushrooms Ravioli was so delicious and melts in your mouth. The Tortellini filled with roasted butternut squash, ricotta and sage butter sauce was absolutely heavenly. I ate every single bite and drop of sauce it was that good! Next time, I'm saving room for dessert. We will definitely be returning often."

"The boys from Verde, Costa Grill and the new BWI do it again with this latest addition to Bay Shore’s ever growing array of restaurant choices. With a fun Friendly staff and “beachy” feel, their newest bar in their portfolio brings Ocean Beach and the rest of Fire Island to the mainland, except with good food and reasonably priced drinks! I had the tomatillo guacamole, their very original take on quesadillas and some really creative drinks that were really delicious. Ocean Beach legend Jimmy brings up the rear to complete what was a great experience!"

"Incredible experience! This is some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had—everything from the pizza and pasta to the arancini was outstanding. They also have an excellent selection of affordable wines available for purchase, as well as delightful cocktails (including amari, vermouth, and various spirits at great prices). Additionally, they offer grocery and bakery items. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We had a lovely conversation with Letizia, who is just as wonderful as her restaurants. Highly recommend!"
