"I usually have complaints about the pasta served in the US. It's usually overcooked and has no concept of al dente. But this place was different. One of my local friends recommended it and I casually stopped by for lunch. I ordered Bolognese. I didn't mean to test the restaurant, but they say you should try Bolognese to see if the restaurant is good or bad. Their Bolognese tasted fantastic. The pasta was perfect for me. I wish more restaurants in the US were authentically Italian like this restaurant. Grazie, Bettolona!"
