"There were only two other tables seated when we walked in. We sat down and got our drinks almost immediately from waitress number one, but from that point on the service sucked. Waitress number two comes over after about 25 minutes and asks what we 'll have, we both say, we haven 't even seen a menu yet . But my boyfriend knows what he wants already before she hands over the menu and asks if it 's still available. The waitress is acting impatient, so I just said, just give me the pumpkin spice waffle. We waited another 15 minutes and a third waitress brings his food, but nothing for me. He had almost eaten his whole meal and I still have nothing, so waitress number three walks by again and he asks her have they started making my waffle, she says I don 't know and walks away. We waited another 10 minutes and I looked at my boyfriend and told him that if they didn 't have the waffle out to me by the time he was done eating, they could just take it off the bill. He looked up and said that it was coming now. Waitress number three never apologized for my food being so late, she never even refilled our drinks. The reason we never saw waitress number one anymore is she was a trainee. It was shift change time so, waitress number two was busy counting her cash drawer. Waitress number two and three even got into an argument while we were there, it was very unprofessional. After all the time I waited for the waffle, I didn 't like it, it didn 't taste done in the middle. I won 't order another one. This was a very disappointing experience.
