"I took some friends out for drinks and dinner, and it was quite disappointing. After we ordered our drinks and meals, we had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally came, I couldn’t help but wonder, “Where’s the beef?” The bun was enormous, but the burger inside was barely three inches wide and overcooked. One of my friends ordered a small pizza, and it was not just dark; it was completely black on the bottom. When I called the waitress over to address the issue, she insisted that it was supposed to be that way because it was cooked in a wood-fired oven. I’ve lived in Seattle, where professional chefs make wood-fired pizzas, and I can tell you, it should not be black, not even dark brown. They offered a $5 discount for the unedible pizza, but when we asked for a replacement, they said it would take another hour. This was our second disappointing visit, and I don’t think we’ll be returning. The staff and food were both terrible."
