"I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant today. There were three girls working - one was not doing anything, one was making snow cones, and one was taking orders. When I asked the girl taking my order to redo it because it was incorrect, she refused and said I would have to pay extra. I requested a strawberry banana with light syrup, which she claimed would cost more. However, when I visited the week before, the young lady working then prepared my order perfectly and was very respectful. The lack of respect from the current staff was very upsetting and I will not be returning. It seems these young teenagers have no regard for older customers."
