They never disappoint. Reminds me of snowballs from New Orleans. They just don't put the gummy drops on top, and I don't think you have an option of adding ice cream on top either. They are delicious ?

TASTEE SNOWCONE HAS BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTING THIS YEAR. EVERYTIME I GO, WHICH IS LIKE TWICE A WEEK, OUR SNOWCONES HAVE ALWAYS HAD SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEM... NOT ENOUGH JUICE NOT ENOUGH TOPPINGS OR CHEESE IS COLD ON MY HOT CHEETOS ??‍?? I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS AND NEVER BEEN THIS BAD... I THINK ITS THE WORKERS NOT TAKING PRIDE IN TASTEE SNOWCONES

I visited this restaurant just before closing time. I couldn't believe they don't accept debit or credit cards! The staff member who served me was very impolite and seemed eager to close up for the night. I definitely won't be returning. I'll take my patronage somewhere else where I'll be valued as a customer. The lack of professionalism and poor attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. View menu

A regular customer since 2020 , but this year has been nothing but the worst experience coming here . There customer service is just HORRIBLE ! They don’t take walks up now are so rude about when we go walk up always slamming the door in my face saying it so rude . My favorite snow cone place so close to my house sometimes i come twice to three times a day but now am really thinking about it with all this issues I have been having .

It has been several months since I posted my review. I have attempted to reach out to the owner multiple times. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication. I mistakenly sent this business $150 for snow cones, with the employee assuring me I would receive a refund. However, the owner failed to return my money or address the issue. It is frustrating that after being loyal customers for 2 years, the owner would keep the $150. As a result, we have not returned to the establishment. I am still trying to reach the owner, and hope they will contact me as their employee has my contact information.

I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant today. There were three girls working - one was not doing anything, one was making snow cones, and one was taking orders. When I asked the girl taking my order to redo it because it was incorrect, she refused and said I would have to pay extra. I requested a strawberry banana with light syrup, which she claimed would cost more. However, when I visited the week before, the young lady working then prepared my order perfectly and was very respectful. The lack of respect from the current staff was very upsetting and I will not be returning. It seems these young teenagers have no regard for older customers. View menu
