"The staff at the restaurant have always been friendly, which is one of the few positives. The atmosphere is decent, but unfortunately, that’s where the praise ends, leading me to give this review two stars. I ordered the Ocean Wrap with fries for $10, and I was extremely disappointed. The wrap was small, lukewarm, greasy, and unappetizing; I couldn’t even finish it. While the fries were freshly cut, they seemed to have been double-fried in an attempt to achieve crispiness, resulting in soggy and unappetizing fries. This appears to be a recurring issue, as every time I have ordered fries, they have turned out the same way. If the restaurant is trying to cut costs by using fresh-cut potatoes, they are ultimately losing customers. I will not be returning to Froggys, as there are far better and more affordable options in the area."
