"worse customer service I've ever received. had a door bag. went to the registration on the bar. No one recognized me or greeted me. they were kind of busy so I tried to understand and patiently wait to be ignored. After about 5 minutes I noticed a hired person who appeared as manager, so she asked to say that it was not ready. so stood to the side and waited longer. I asked cashier to check for order after another 10 minutes. it was said a second that she should talk to a guy in the bar. she never checked for the order and ignored me...rude! So another lady asked and finally got the command that should be delivered about the time I received. I use to be a casser, server, all that, so I am busy this place, but still recognize their customers and welcome them, ask them if I can help them or something. I will not recommend this place update: reply, comment....yes it happened today, right before I wrote this and from reading a few other reviews seems that others were ignored. they teach their staff hospitality. at least to welcome customers. If they're busy, I'll tell you I'm with you, don't look at you like you're stupid and ignorant, but talk to the young in cash. Js....bad customer service can ruin a business no matter how good it could eat"

This place…wow! The location, the atmosphere, the decorations, the service, the food, everything is amazing! I had a steak burrito for lunch and man oh man was I full…yet ready to go back for dinner!

eating good quality, although their salsa is not my personal favorite. the personal was already a because there and makes a nice job, but the place is much too chaotic and loud to enjoy a meal. I never ordered the queen. my suggestion: take them out and enjoy them. View menu

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food had no flavor, no seasoning, and it seemed like no care was put into preparing it. I had the steak burrito and immediately had to run to the bathroom. There are much better places to eat in the area. I was extremely dissatisfied and will never go back again.

I was advised not to be upset, but I ended up with much less than what I paid for or wanted. The customer service was extremely rude, claiming that the mistake was my fault because the receipt was signed. It was very disrespectful to refer to me by my name. I would recommend checking your order before leaving as there are many other restaurants in town that provide better service.
