"Family is dieting and we thought first watch might give us some healthier options. Where the food wasn't bad, the service was mediocre at best. I wish I'd of gotten the servers name, I would love to share her name to make sure no one else gets her. If you follow me you know this is my industry so waiting 7 minutes to be greeted is beyond unacceptable. We waited and waited, the store isn't big, once we found out who our server was she could only complete one task at a time. We were ready to put in our order once she arrived, but she wasn't ready and then she disappeared even longer. Again, if I saw her running around on the floor or honestly being busy I would understand, but I don't understand... She wasn't running food, didn't even bring our food, then waited about another five minutes after receiving the food to check in on us. All I wanted was some sour cream, but that took another five and by then I was done. However, we were sat promptly by a very friendly young man and he was just as kind on the way out and very personable upon payment and leaving. I'll probably try again, but not this location. Unfortunately my tip matched her service, not my bill amount. Such a shame, I'm a great tipper for great service."
