"this place has gone so downhill! a few times ago I have filed a command, they were 20 minutes too late on the command. Last time I went tonight, they wouldn't answer their handys to command one. tonight, I put an order for 3 people on the phone for pickup. the girl took the command and I had even repeated the command. She told me it would take 45 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later and they could not find the order. the girl on the theke asked if it were under another name. I said no, and I repeated what he commanded. they saw through the computer and command all the others who were ready. She says I don't know who you talked to, but it's gonna take 30 minutes, that's okay, I said. No, it's not okay! I said it was done in 45 minutes, 45 minutes ago you can't find it and want me to wait 30 minutes? I said, break off the order they can't find has been going here for years!. but no longer! save yourself frustration and time and choose another location folks!"

"I attempted to order a pizza, and my total, including tax and delivery, came to $60.48. When I went to place the order, I mentioned that I would be paying with cash upon delivery, but I was told that cash wasn't accepted. I was using the $6.99 special, and when I called to clarify, they informed me that payment by card is required for orders over $50 unless I come to pick it up myself. This has been a significant inconvenience, as I frequently order from Domino's, and now I'm left unsure if I want to continue ordering from them. I don't think it's fair that if you order a large amount of food, you can't pay in a way that's convenient for you."

"However, I’m puzzled by their $4 delivery fee. In rural Pennsylvania, where delivery distances are greater, gas prices are higher, and car maintenance costs are significantly lower, they charge $1 less for delivery. Aside from this confusing fee, I have no major complaints. We often plan to order, but then reconsider because the delivery fee makes the total seem excessive for just a small amount of food. The base cost before placing an order is $8: $4 for the food and $4 for delivery. Additionally, there’s a minimum order requirement of $13, meaning the least you can spend is $22, regardless of the size of your order. This pricing structure makes us order far less frequently, and I’m not sure how the business benefits from this policy. Although their wings are a bit overpriced, they are definitely good and far superior to offerings from other pizza places in the area. I think wings should be priced per piece, perhaps around $0.80 each, with discounts for larger orders."

"For the most part, I've always been pretty satisfied with this location. We order from them pretty often. There have been times when the pizza did not match my order but I'd call, let them know and the manager would just make us a new pizza. No harm, no foul. The staff there have always been courteous. I prefer Pizza Hut where the food is concerned, but because of Dominoes professionalism and prices, I always choose them."

"Love this place! Beautiful experience through and through. The BEST pasta ever! So fresh and perfectly cooked. I love their Fettuccine Ala Carbonara, it's perfect if you're wanting comfort food. If you're a salmon lover, theirs is to die for! It's perfectly crisp on the outside and not overdone on the inside and it's served with a lemon butter sauce that's delicious. We also love their bread, delicious and fresh whether it's their Foccaccia which we've ordered on several occasions or their free bread they deliver to the table, both are amazing. One other added bonus for us is their beautiful and romantic interior. It's a beautiful restaurant and during Christmas it's even more beautiful with the lights that surround it. Also, we love coming here with our dog and sitting on the patio. they always offer our girl water. The service is excellent and it's always a wonderful experience. This is one of our go to's and we just love Taverna. The other nice thing is that you can walk off dinner and window shop or get gellato afterwards in the shopping center. Cool place overall!"

"Seems like this place has really gone downhill in the ten years I 've been ordering from this location.Ive been ordering from here for ever, and the last two years they seem to have a really hard time finding me, even with explicit step by step directions. I havent had the correct phone num in my acct the last year ivebeen ordering and its not been an issue, because i tell them where to go and i stand out side. This time, Kylee, license plate kdt 040, drove right by us. I ran t my car and drove to the front of the park, and repeatedly honked at her, even dowm frontage rd, and she looked at me but kept driving. Common sense would tell you, that the pizza you couldnt deliver, was mine. Instead, she stayed on the phone while driving, ignored me, and kept going. I caught up to her, though if it was against policy, she didnt have to roll her window down and awcknowledge me, but she did. She said id have to go to the store anyways because it was cancelled. I rolled my eyes and flipped her off in annoyance. When i got to the store, i asked to speak to a mgr, so i told her what happened. The employee then stormed in saying i was ' insane and if i got my food she would walk out. ' This is when i was informed i 'wasnt supposed to chase them down ' but i dont remember that being against the law. I got my food, after a quick whispered conversation, in which i suspect the mgr told her to flip me off back lol, because she turned around (after it was taken care of and instead of leaving well enough alone decided to further instigate) and said 'i hope you treat your kids better ' (i had mentioned earlier them waiting for the food, asking if i was going to get the food or not), i said 'i do ' and thats it and she then flipped me off, in the store with an old couple sitting there eating. I can understand if i had kept going, but i hadnt. And in fact i was very calm compared to the employee storming in, declaring she would quit. "During my stay in Campbellsville, I placed an order for square-cut pizzas. Unfortunately, the delivery man brought us pizzas that weren’t cut as requested. While this is a minor mistake, I had no intention of complaining. However, our supplier went above and beyond to make it right and ensure my satisfaction. I wish I had written this sooner so I could remember the delivery man's name, but I placed the order in a way that would help the business identify its employees. He was outstanding and absolutely deserves recognition and a raise. It’s clear that he is invested in the success of his shop, and businesses should hold on to employees like him. As for the order, we had a medium (12") handmade pan pizza with the following special: square cut, well-done whole, Italian sausage, extra cheese, and robust inspired tomato sauce. We also ordered a medium (12") hand-tossed pizza with square cut, whole, no robust inspired tomato sauce, double cheese, extra garlic Parmesan white sauce, and Philly steak. I will definitely order from them again if I'm in the area."

"My wife ordered while I was out. I arrived at the pickup counter in time to find out that a driver took my sandwich. With nothing else said, I guess she went to make the sandwich while the other food was sitting out before I arrived. Then she brought the order over 20 minutes later with nothing said. I complained about it there, but there was nothing they could do. The food was room temperature when I got it home. So I told them I would tell my story. I won 't go back there because of the in-store service. It 's a shame. Your product and price aren 't bad, but this stores service is the worst. I 've had delivery issues at this store, with all of the 2 orders in the past."

"One of the only pizza places that has Shrimp for a topping. I ordered a Large Shrimp pizza, with canadian bacon, and bacon. Service was ok, but the wait was pretty long, (over 20 minutes). They had a party at the time, so I could understand the hold up however. I think the prices are a tiny bit steep, and they could use some new hardware to brighten up the old bar feeling within the place. Lighting needs to be improved and it would be a good idea to replace the pizza bags that are being used for delivery (completely worn out) and maybe change the floor to brighten up the place. (wood would look great). People notice professional care of a business. Other than those things I noticed, the Pizza was great! It was cooked perfectly, the cheese was just right, and the toppings were delicious. I was also very happy with the Crust. It did seem Papa Johns, or old school Domino 's in flavor and texture. No complaints there! Just tweak a few things and the place could be trendy, and fun to go eat at!"

"Worst Dominoes store around. We waited two hours for a delivery. I called in and was told a drivers car broke down. "What frustrated me, however, was seeing three employees in the back chatting and joking around while those at the front were working hard. I was clearly visible waiting at the counter, and there was no one else in line, just me. After waiting about five minutes, one of the employees at the front finally asked one of the kids in the back to come assist me. To my surprise, he then informed me that my order was actually NOT ready and that I would need to wait a few more minutes. I’m okay with waiting when it’s busy, but the fact that they claimed my order was ready when it wasn’t, and then seemed to ignore me in favor of socializing, was really frustrating. I won't be returning to this location again."
