"We got 2 pizzas and the pizza in the photo is poorly done. It was thin in the middle sauce over the sides and a hole under the sauce. Usually they do a great job but tonight was awful and when I called to speak to the people for a remake or for the driver to come back and get us a new one the manager wanted to say he didn't believe me and told us we would not be getting a new pizza unless we went to the store when we ordered delivery. I worked there for multiple years as a ASSISTANT manager and never let pizzas this awful off the line. All we requested was a new pizza. It is usually good but seems like Thursdays they have bad workers on the line."

"Go to any other domino's this one is THE WORST! The app tells me to expect my food ready in 15 minutes so I go to pick it up in 15 minutes... I waited 45 minutes at the store before the app randomly went from preparing to done, I go inside expecting my food only to be told 1 minute and wait another 20+. And to top it all off they messed up my order, an hour and a half of my time I'll never get back and I didn't even get what I asked for! How?"

"I have never had a bad experience with this location before, but there was so much sauce on my pizza that I couldn't even taste the toppings. I couldn't eat more than 1 slice. I don't know if they changed the recipe of the garlic white sauce or what. It was so strong and so heavily applied that it was almost inedible. Very disappointing."

"I ordered a pizza online. Checked it 3 times to make sure it was correct. Paid got it delivered. It was the wrong order. I called to have them send correct order. I was spoken to very rudely even yelled at. He said what can I do for you! I wanted to speak to a manager. He said a manager was not there. I also got brownies which were very greasy. I want my money back on my card! No store credit. I am very unhappy with the service there. Even have been yelled at by a delivery driver when I didn't have a tip for him. "Update: I have been ordering from this place regularly and it has always been a positive experience. I had forgotten my wallet once and they were closing before I could return with it, they told me to take the pizza as I was a regular customer. Those few times I was less than pleased with the food I've always been treated politely and was made to feel that my opinion was important along with their attempts to resolve the issue itself. So not only have they fixed any previous problems, minor as they were, they treated me respectfully when communicating. This is a business I'm happy to patronize and will recommend them to anyone. Currently making good food. (previously) Like all of these types of food places employing younger people the quality will, I'm sure, rise and fall depending on who is working since everything else is standardized across the country to satisfy the average consumer. The service I received was good, the food was good and the time spent waiting was minimal. This particular place won't take large bills, which is frustrating, but besides that should give you what you want when it comes to pizza, pasta or hot sandwich."

"Called the store to get help with my “promo code”. The guy that answered the phone told me that them come from corporate and needed to be used on line. So I further my question to the app and then he tells me he doesn’t know anything about the app because he is computer illiterate. "I highly recommend this place. I ordered a large pizza and pasta today and it was delivered warm and made perfect. The delivery driver, Sam was polite and excellent – only question was I asked for Parmesan cheese packages and he had none. No problem, I still thanked him and took the food and went away with my night. About 20 minutes later Sam stayed back and apologized for not having the free cheese packages (they usually put in the bag with the pizza) and he gave us free brownies and a soda as an excuse. I thought that was so nice and thoughtful. It's a pandemic and inflation is soaring and Sam thought he'd lift my day with Brownies... Wow, that was so sweet! "

"I just have to make a review on here because this Dominos just made my day. I had points for a free medium two topping pizza so I got pepperoni and beef. I added Buffalo sauce for $2 charge which was fine. When I got my order it didn’t have the Buffalo sauce which was a let down because I’d been craving it so I just left an honest review on their app. Our orders from there are usually perfect. 20 minutes later the delivery driver brought me a whole new pizza and said the cook saw the review and wanted to make up for it, his name is Tim. I just couldn’t believe he took the time to make me a whole new pizza the way I had ordered it. It’s truly made my day. We will continue to order from this dominos! That kind of thoughtfulness and customer service makes a business great and makes people want to keep coming back so thank you guys!"

"I worked at dominos for about 3 years and I’ve got to say it’s probably the worst place to work in wright county. Managers pick and choose favorites that call off work everyday and don’t put any repercussions on them. If you have anything to say against how they are working(not efficient at all) they will cut your hours and threaten to cut your pay raise. The Gm did try her best but obviously it wasn’t/is not cutting it. Mold all over the mop area, brown little sandy bits come out of the sink that we would use for pizza sauce. Mice is also a problem for the last couple years with this management . We would be told to take off expired sauce stickers and put on new ones. The owners wait months to fix anything and it’s not professional everything they touch it just breaks and looks horrible. People doing dishes leave cheese and extra gross stuff in the containers that we’d use for toppings and still there was no repercussions. “Flexible hours” means we see your schedule that you want so we will schedule you the days you want off or you get your hours cut. This is more of a side job for a lil extra cash if you go “full time” your vehicle will take a beating every day and with the low gas reimbursement, you’re constantly fighting your car everyday loosing even more money. So it’d say stay clear of this dominos or any that Joel and Nancy cover. Horrible place to work."

"We just tried them again and it was not good. It's been almost 2 years so we hoped maybe they had gotten better but it must be a part of the training there. My husband got a thin crust and it might have well been cardboard. Mine was a little better but not anywhere near where it should be. I tried to get extra sauce so at least that would be soft but they just ignored the request. Hard crust and no sauce. At least the cheese bread was good.Parking: There are literally 2 spots"

"The food was tasty and served quickly. However, my order was not quite accurate. The pizza could have used a bit more cheese, although I can’t be sure since it’s been years since I had Domino's pizza. My wife and daughter ordered pasta dishes, while I enjoyed a surprisingly good sandwich. My other daughter had a plain cheese pizza, which I found a bit dry with the cheese being quite thin. The garlic knots were tasty, but I had ordered a cheese and sauce dip to accompany them; instead, we received just a lot of knots with no dip at all. This was particularly disappointing since I had wanted extra garlic knots for the table to share, but the dip only comes with two. I reached out to Domino's about the issue, but they didn’t offer a refund or a replacement, which was unexpected. Despite this, everything we had was still enjoyable, and the girl at the counter was very friendly. The app was also very convenient and easy to navigate."
