"Today, I used the new kiosk to order my taro bubble milk tea, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Leo, DW, and Nick refused to serve me my bubble tea after I had already paid for it. As the only woman of color in the establishment with coily hair, I felt discriminated against. They insisted that I pay an additional fee to receive the drink I had ordered, which was incredibly embarrassing. I had chosen to support their business right before my physical therapy session instead of going to their competitor, Möge Tea, across the street. They gave me a receipt and told me to handle the refund myself, stating that they would not assist me. I have contacted upper management through their website and hope to receive a prompt resolution to this issue."
