I ordered from this restaurant for the first time, and it was fantastic! I really appreciate that they use lactose-free milk, which doesn't affect the flavor at all, and they provide generous servings of tapioca. I highly recommend this place!

This bubble tea shop is fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I inquired about the various milk tea options. They also offered a chunky mango series that looked amazing. I will definitely give it a try next time! Food: 5/5

I really love Coco, but when I visited, the staff seemed quite uninformed about their products. I asked which teas were caffeine-free, and they told me that only the slushies were. That’s not accurate, so I had to check the website myself to find out what to order because they didn’t seem to have the information. View menu

Every Coco store has a limited selection, which was a bit disappointing. I had to place multiple orders and didn't pay enough attention to whether they got them all right. Most of the drinks I ordered with less sugar ended up being made with 100% sugar instead, which was way too sweet for my taste. Overall, it felt just like any other Coco location. As for parking, you'll have to rely on street parking and hope for the best.

I wouldn't order from this place again. The taro tea was somewhat decent, but there were tiny chunks of taro mixed in, along with overly soft and mushy boba. I requested my drink to be cold, but it arrived at an odd warm temperature and was severely lacking in sweetness despite asking for 70% sweetness. I am really disappointed that I spent nearly $20 for two drinks that were both in the same unsatisfactory condition. Please keep this in mind before deciding to order from here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member, Kyle, was quite rude and seemed irritated when we were placing our order, which made both my relative and me feel uncomfortable. He prepared the drinks with noticeable aggression, slamming cabinet doors in the process. Additionally, many drink options and toppings were sold out, which was quite frustrating. The floor was sticky and felt dirty, and there were numerous napkins left on the ground that remained uncleaned. Overall, the place felt very unwelcoming, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
