"Great food! Very busy Saturday night so glad we made a reservation. One waitress was handling the seating near the bar area which is a lot and she did a great job. Classic Italian comfort food at very reasonable prices. Both locations are fantastic! Highly recommend as it is part of our regular rotation."

"I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. The quality of the food that goes into the meals is really top notch. In their defense, we went there right after the holiday weekend and maybe it was a little different. It won't stop us from coming back in the hope that it was an anomaly rather than the norm."

"The inside was nice but we waited at least 30 minutes for the waiter (who had 1 other table to take drink orders on a very slow night. The drinks came maybe 15 minutes later and we then waited another 30 to 45 minutes to order food. Our waiter was super jumpy, sweat, and stopped taking our orders mid order to check on his other table and ask if they're ready to pay (they weren't He kept screwing up peoples order (simple orders, like a sausage calzone, he came back out to ask what kind of peppers and my uncle said just sausage. And pasta with broccoli in a white sauce, a few of us ordered it and he thought we all asked for peppers, luckily we caught it before he put the order in. The food came out an hour later, we waited 2 hours or more from sitting for our reservation til we finally got any food, appetizers included.. I had just a few bites of the dish, (the pasta with Broccoli in white sauce it was very bland and not white sauce, it was SWIMMING in butter garlic sauce which was not specified in the menu. White sauce is a term for a cheese or cream based sauce like alfredo. Anyway my mom got the same thing and we both felt sick afterwards. Also ridiculously expensive at $17."

"I have been hearing people rave about this place for years, so I had some fairly high expectations… The bread (ordered the roasted garlic) is good (fresh and fluffy), but not amazing like people state. The ribeye was cooked perfectly to my liking (rare), but it was not a good cut of meat. The garlic and mushroom topping was ok, the garlic was roasted well but the mushrooms were raw (not a big deal to me, just different). The veal Parmesan was over cooked (not an issue as my wife prefers it on the crispy side, but well past golden brown). The chicken alfredo was just ok… Now the positives: the aptmosphere is nice, our server was great, the house salad dressing is very very good, and the desserts (creme brûlée and bread pudding) were well above average. Overall the place was just ok, but once you factor in the price, I will probably not be going back. This could be attributed to my high expectations due to the overwhelming amount of positive reviews, but there are other restaurants that I enjoy more for the price point."

"Was not very impressed by this restaurant. I ordered the Marsala and the entire dish was very unappetizing. The pasta was overcooked and the dish overall wasn’t great. My boyfriend got the seafood medley and it didn’t stand out much. The only thing worth anything at this restaurant is the bread. A bummer since I’ve heard such great things about this place. No problems with service fortunately."

"I lived in South FL for 17 years and recently moved back to the North part of the state however whenever I'm in Deerfield I always make it a point to stop by this place and get something to eat. I absolutely love this family and the restaurant every time I come here. Everything on the menu is made fresh and it's always delicious. When I come to this place it feels like I never left and you will feel the same way too. Fresh pizza and ice cold beer do the trick every time. Thank you later. See you there."

"I eat only in the outdoor area about 10 times each summer. On a beautiful evening, it is simply delightful. The service is attentive and personal. The menu is extensive and there's something for everyone. I have only eaten in the indoor dining room once and have never gone back; the ambiance is terrible. It looks and feels like eating in a Howard Johnson restaurant. Recently, I ate brunch there with 5 other people. Their special omelet was delicious; however, it was chaotic because we had to dodge busy waiters and walk down a narrow corridor adjacent to the kitchen."

"A hidden little place! I had various meals there and was never disappointed. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Service was good and staff were very attentive. They even had karaoke once I happened to be there and everyone was just having a good time. Bar service is also good. I will definitely visit again and I recommend it to any diners."

"We usually visit this restaurant with our kids about every couple of months, and the food is consistently fantastic. I especially adore the garlic rolls; they remind me of my childhood visits to Mario the Baker's. What sets these rolls apart is their unique texture: they're soft and doughy on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, and soaked in olive oil and garlic. While the pizza may not be top-notch, it's still quite delicious. We've always experienced great service, and we appreciate the story behind the menu—how the owner supports the community and encourages his teenage employees to maintain good grades. During our last visit, we found an online coupon that gave us $5 off our meal. We will definitely return time and again!"

"Had late lunch here for the first time. The summer salad was delicious the salmon was cooked to perfection ? It looks tiny in the picture for some reason but it was a decent portion for a lunch.Monarca burger (bunless) was also delicious and cooked perfectly. "Hands down, the food is great…the salads and sandwiches are wonderful. However, I believe asking questions are frowned upon. Weeks ago I phoned in an ordered and was asked to hurry bc there was a line (at 10am…..really). This afternoon, the gal behind the counter answered the question that was directed to me by the gentleman cashing out my order. I wonder how those with speaking disabilities would feel…..just FOOD for thought!!! Efficiency is important-politeness is paramount!!!!"

"We really enjoyed our meal. I had the laughs and my husband had the shrimp. We shared an appetizer of Parmesan florets, which was delicious. The service was excellent. There were only four other tables occupied when we arrived around 7 o'clock on Saturday. One thing we found a bit odd was that, despite being called a bistro, the atmosphere felt quite formal. Overall, we were pleased that we chose this place instead of Jezn’s."
