"The food was enjoyable, but the service was only mediocre. After I received my soup, I had to wait five minutes for a spoon. When my meal arrived, I was left without a fork for several minutes. Dessert took more than 20 minutes to be served. My water bottle was never replaced or even offered to be replaced. I would have liked to order a glass of wine to accompany my meal, but I wasn't given the chance. With so many options in NYC, I don’t see myself returning here."

"Steak was good prime angus beef cooked the way I asked. Salmon was dry though. Waitress forgot to give us the specials until we asked and didn't come by often to check if we needed anything, when I did. Very crowded and and noisy setting if you are looking for a setting more personal."

"My favorite place to spend the morning! The Petit Paulette le Bicyclette partnership is the perfect marriage. Incredible pastries, baguettes, coffee, and a low key atmosphere that's perfect for outdoor work. At night the cafe turns into Petit Paulette, a charming little natural wine bar with delicious nibbles. Very low-key and delightful.The staff is so kind and patient and they are understanding and accommodating to service dogs. There is a step down into the cafe so if you have a wheel chair, this could be an issue (unsure if they have a portable ramp). Bathroom would be wheelchair rollator inaccessible due to size."

"Won't be going back. The deviled eggs were the only redeeming quality. The space had potential aesthetically, but there was trash throughout on the ground and the door was open so there were tons of flies. The service was strange, the server would come to drop off food but wouldn't gather plates that we were finished with. It took a while to get drink refils, but she was kind. I ordered a burger which was so bad, I took one bite and was afraid it would make me sick if I kept eating. The bun was soggy and burger was dripping blood, yet seemed overcooked. The meat was gray in color, like it had been left out for too long. The chips (side dish) were mostly broken/crumbs from the bottom of the bag. Overpriced and the server never asked how the food was, even though she could tell I wasn't eating it. Bad experience for a place I was excited about in a prime location."

"We celebrated our 3rd anniversary at this restaurant and could not have been happier. Our server, Brandon, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable, providing us with great insights about the wines and every detail of the menu. We had a truly special experience. The cheese board was outstanding, and both the French onion soup and Moroccan meatball soup were fantastic. The duck was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious, while the salmon was also very well-prepared and flavorful. The micro salads were a delightful and refreshing addition. The chocolate mousse was the lightest, fluffiest, and most decadent dessert I've ever had. The ambiance is incredibly romantic, with soft, gentle music in the background. This was one of the best dining experiences we've ever enjoyed, and we will definitely return!"

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"Amazingly friendly service who were extra accommodating, recommending dishes and making things off the menu. We were sharing lots of dishes and they split them for us! As New Yorkers, we were thrilled at the final bill. Will definitely go back. We were all vegetarians; who knew we’d have such a great meal at someplace called the charcuterie!"

"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

"The atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant are warm and inviting. I really enjoyed the decor and the friendly staff. The French onion soup was fantastic. We ordered the duck and lamb specialties, both of which were delicious, though the duck could have been improved. We wanted to try the chocolate soufflé, but we were only informed that we needed to order it at the same time as our entrees when we tried to place our dessert order. As a result, we ended up getting a chocolate cake, which was decent. Overall, I would definitely go back."

"This was our first visit so we were not certain what to expect. As it turned out this was a great visit all around. We ate from the shareables menu, which was fantastic. As a side note try the potato dumplings. The service was very good and we really enjoyed the background music from the 70s and 80s. My suggestion-try Faumtleroy you will not be disappointed."

I was impressed by the staff, who were both knowledgeable and prompt in their assistance. The food offered a pleasing blend of classic pub fare and modern American cuisine. While I would typically rate it a solid 4 stars, I bumped it up to 5 stars because they serve Devocion coffee, which is outstanding."

"I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. First off, our waiter, Aleccis, was fantastic and truly made our evening a memorable one. The food was simply incredible! I had the filet mignon, which was so tender that I could cut it with a fork. My friends ordered the salmon and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. For appetizers, we tried the escargot, mushroom soup, and tuna, all of which were delightful. We all felt so relaxed and happy in the atmosphere, which really reminded me of France. My husband thought finding a great French restaurant would curb my desire to return to Paris, but it has only intensified my longing! In the meantime, I can't wait to come back here!"
