"I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at this Restaurant, which I feel compelled to share. The incident highlighted a severe lack of management skills and poor communication within the establishment, resulting in a significant waste of my time and an overall disappointing take-out experience.I placed an order for pickup from uber eats, and the restaurant notified me that my order was ready for collection. Excitedly, I made my way to the restaurant, only to be met with a bewildering statement from the manager. After arrival, they informed me that my order would actually take an additional 20-25 minutes to prepare. This sudden change in the estimated waiting time left me feeling frustrated and annoyed.The primary issue here lies in the poor management and miscommunication within Paratha Junction. It is essential for a well-run establishment to have an efficient system in place that accurately communicates the status of orders to customers. In this case, not only did the restaurant fail to provide an accurate estimate initially, but they also failed to update me promptly when they realized the delay.I would give a negative rating cause of this poor management."

"The veg dinner for two is a great deal, but make sure they give you everything that comes with it! Last night I ordered take out, only to come home and realize they hadn 't included the raita, and also forgot to include one of my favorite sauces! : : Ironic, too, as the cashier exclaimed that I had ordered a lot of food! :P The *best* deal is to dine in, because then tea is included, as well as those papadum chips which are not included when you order take out. It is a lot of food, but it makes for great leftovers!!"

"I just found another hidden gem in the worlds most Iconic city, living here in San Francisco, you can find anything and everything. But there are some that are a diamond in the rough. This restaurant was amazing in all aspects, fast service, fast arrival of food, and quality is beyond 5 star. This just hits the spot! I can’t emphasize how many times I’ve driven past by this hidden restaurant, the name is sketchy cause it looks like a grocery store, then looks like a restaurant, but it’s both. "The food is mediocre. I had multiple visits of this place but I get the same feeling everything. The staff could be more friendlier but they clearly show no interest in doing so. In one of our visits we had a chicken puff that was clearly spoiled. I honestly was not expecting this, kinda ruined our appetite. They were decent enough to refund us for it. The place has a variety of Indian snacks and the Irani chai here is good. Overall, it's probably a decent place to get some Indian snacks but they can definitely do better in treating their customers properly and having a quality check on their food."

"Having heard a lot about this place I thought of giving it a try today and it did disappoint. Initially went in for khasta kachori but they didn't have it which is fine and then settled for bhel Puri. The Bhel Puri arrived minus Puri and tbh what can we expect here? The chutney though was added in large quantity which made it sweet and sour rather than having a dash of spice. They missed out on masala dal too which always brings flavor to the dish!The restaurant has self service but the ambience is really bad. The floor seemed sticky and the tables weren't cleaned. The cakes on display felt as if they had been there for a long while and the staff felt it wasn't' much interested in serving the customers. They could either improve their service or look forward to winding down in the future as the competition increases around them."

"We have dined at this restaurant half a dozen times, and we've always had a pleasant experience. I see some one-star reviews here, but I don't share that sentiment; perhaps the restaurant has made some changes recently. We recently took four friends with us, and they all enjoyed their meals as well, so it's clear we're not alone in our appreciation! As others have mentioned, this is a proper sit-down restaurant. I'm not sure where the 'street food' angle comes into play; while I can't comment on the authenticity of the dishes, we regularly enjoy Indian cuisine and find it quite good here. The only dish we weren't satisfied with was the Aloo Paneer, which was quite bland. Portion sizes can vary, but overall, the value is decent. Service can also be hit or miss; we've had the same waiter who was inattentive and slow on one visit, yet a joy to deal with the next time."

"On a whim, I decided to grab some takeout and chose this Indian restaurant since it was the closest option. Overall, I had a great experience! The restaurant may be small, but it has a lovely atmosphere and was very clean and tidy. The owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming. The prices were similar to other Indian restaurants I've visited. I ordered onion kulcha and paneer makhani, and both were delicious. The spice level is a bit hotter than what I'm used to, so be mindful of that. However, the flavors were fantastic, and the portions were generous. While I've had better onion kulcha (this one was a bit thinner than I prefer), it was still quite tasty. Their vegetarian menu is more extensive than many other Indian places I've been to, which already offer a good variety, so I’m definitely planning to return to try out some of the other dishes that I can’t find elsewhere. Overall, it was well worth the drive!"

"I ordered Curry for my son while he was quarantined w/COVUD; however, I needed to speak w/someone in the kitchen to ensure NO dairy would be added. If you go to their website there is an option to chat w/someone regarding your order which is quite unique during this day time. The person reminded me that they are closed in the afternoon opening at 4:30 PM, but they'd have the chef or someone from the kitchen call me. That is EXACTLY what happened. I spoke to the manager who made suggestions of entrees my son might like based on his preferences AND medical needs. We also discussed the differences in the levels of spiciness. This was a unique experience. Although there wasn't enough broth juice in the food for him, he absolutely LOVED the flavor profile, the suggestions and support. Knowing he wouldn't be risking eating something he's highly allergic to made me much more comfortable ordering on line. This restaurant really goes out of their way to ensure you have a great dining experience. I'd suggest giving them a call. I look forward to visiting the actual restaurant."

"This is one of my favorite vegan pizza spots! I absolutely love the variety of flavors they offer. I always opt for a large pizza so I can enjoy the leftovers. The Gobi Manchurian pizza is simply delicious and full of flavor. I also really enjoy the white coconut corner; once I had half of it, and it was perfection! The atmosphere is nice and cozy—nothing extravagant, but it's a great place to meet up with friends. I believe it’s owned by the same people as the nearby Dosa N Curry, which is another fantastic restaurant. I highly recommend it if you're a pizza lover!"

"The food is great and the customer service was good too. Today when I and my family went to the Dosa Chaat with our twin infants with their strollers. Instead of being greeted by the white woman who was sitting at the first front desk (hostess), her first response was where are you going with that? We can't seat you guys here we have no space!? When the whole restaurant only had 4 other customers who were getting ready to leave. Her response was I can't move through or pass by your table with food. If she had put us at the back table she wouldn't have had that problem. My family and I have been coming to Dosa Chaat for years but have never been treated like this. We even ordered our wedding anniversary party food from this place before. We were going to place a large order for our kid's party after lunch. My family was embarrassed in front of the other customers who came in behind us. We are a mixed family I am from India and my husband is American. Not only it was embarrassing but we have been discriminated against and our kids. Not a kid-friendly place. I and my family will not be coming back here. There are other Indiana restaurants in the area much cleaner and more welcoming with better taste. ."

"We were looking for a vegetarian restaurant in the area and found this lovely place. As we sat deciding what to get, the server offered us a “lunch box” that was not on the menu. A delicious assortment with two types of curry (on was eggplant w potato and the other chickpea), small salad with king beans and lentils, basmati rice, and their fresh delicious roti. "florida can get damp, after 2 hours spent lazing on the beach tried my best to do a doggy ware swim against the waves, I realized that it was time for swimming. but all the paddling builds quite appetit and it was to my surprise I found a restaurant just a few minutes walk from the beach that had the name moksha' in it together with brassiere. really curious how transcendent would get their kitchen, I went and was greeted in a fine dinning atmosphere with decor and a feeling of modern ambiente that I was not used to in most Indian restaurants. shortly after my seat, I began to speak with the manager gilbert and realized that his Goan heritage meant that they had had a great spicy vindaloo. we have always talked about the well-written menu, and I noticed that all the dishes had a feeling of original creativity to them while it remained true for the authenticity of the region from which the court came. I spent the next 2 hours rehearsal and eat my way through the menu with friendly comment from gilbert about the rich history behind every dish and the regions in india it came. I have only highlighted favorite dishes and the lemon rice really hit the place as main course with the Kerala style red paprika prawn curry, followed by the Goan style prawn curry served with gluten-free naan. yes, this is the only Indian restaurant that I have anywhere where it has a whole gluten-free vegan menu that is shocking and incredibly smart. add this to an excellent customer service and incredibly fresh tasting great prawn and other dishes made to order, I realized that I have to come back to continue lauderdale to enjoy fine dining with Indian cuisine with dressed from all india. the pièce de résistance was the paan aromatized ice cream with a rose flavored sweet mix above. I could not try the Tandoor Octopus, but it will have to wait for my next trip here, and after its name, this restaurant will free them from the insane masses of curry houses that they find throughout the world a truly transcendent experience."

"There was this person standing outside the restaurant and was serving gol gappe. Boy I was surprised to see a person literally serving u gol gappe. Saw this only once in US in New Jersey before.The price was $10 for 8 pieces but it was worth it. Asked him for a good place to eat lunch and he recommended the place he was standing in front of( as expected). Went in and ordered chole bhature and aalo tikki chaat.Chole bhature were good but aalo tikki was dry. It had loads of chutney and yoghurt but still felt dry on the palate.5 stars for the gol gappe but not more than 3 for the food served inside.Host was very friendly and I liked the way he treated the customers.Maybe next time , we would try more dishes and get better taste."

"The taste is very good but the service is WORST( understatement) and the quantity is average. I went on a dosa night. They force you to eat idli, upma, wada and pongal along with the first dosa (plain dosa only) which I didn't want to eat as I came for dosa night and didn't want to waste as it is food!! And you dont have the option to change or modify the items. This is their trap to fill your stomach after the first serving itself.Then we ordered 2 dosas which came after 20 mins!!! Then we ordered 3 dosas next. The server brought only the dosas without the chutney! I waited for the chutney to arrive which never arrived even after asking multiple times. I waited for 15 20 mins!! Finally, as I was finishing my dosas (WITHOUT THE CHUTNEY), the server brought it and when I told him that I have already finished eating my dosa. He asked me to order another dosa to eat with this chutney which obviously i didn't want to!!When i asked for the check, they charged us 15 usd per person which was not accurate from what they said a week ago. When i told the server that their price was 12.99 usd ,he told that they changed it 2 months ago. Which obviously was not correct as they told me that it is 12.99 usd a week ago!!Next, they have halal sign on the front door. I called them and asked if they have a certificate for halal meat, they said yes. After reaching the restaurant, when i asked about it they did not have it . The receptionist told me that they have it inside and will get it and show it to me which never happened. So, basically I am not sure if they really have it. Why would a restaurant keep their halal certificate inside?They also have items on the menu they dont serve yet so check with them before going there.It doesn't end here!! I also tried ordering online. They close at 1 AM in the night and ran out of mutton biryani at 8 PM!! And replaced it with bone in chicken biryaani without informing/asking me. When I called them to change it to boneless chicken biryaani they said ran ran out of that as well. Then I asked them to change it to fried rice, then they said that the chef is not available. Really? At 8 PM?? When they close at 1 AM!! I mean come on!! When the chicken biryani arrived, the chicken quality was very bad. The meat was all pink on the inside. Looked like the chicken was not fresh at all!!!I lost trust in them and I am not going to return to this restaurant ever again!!!Now, I understood why their rating is so bad online!! The service!! I would have given negative rating if possible!!"

"As soon as you enter, you might not notice the separation between the market and the restaurant. I absolutely loved the food! Here’s what I ordered: veggie samosas (3 pieces) served with a tamarind and spicy cilantro sauce, lentil soup, garlic naan, and Aloo Gobi (potatoes and cauliflower, which I chose with mild spices) alongside saffron rice. The staff were incredibly patient and explained the menu terms to me. It seems like a family-run place, and everyone had a great attitude. The ambiance is relaxed, with a TV playing Indian music videos, which added to the entertainment. Parking was easy with no hassle at all! The seating arrangement can feel a bit cramped, as the space is split between the market and the restaurant, bringing you closer to your neighbors than you might expect. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"
