"Modest in size with three rows of two person tables pushed together tables in middle and some in windows. Tables against walls on right as you enter are four person tables with high cushions, whereas on left side they were two person tables with high back bench cushioned bench seats facing out with regular wood chairs on outer part of table. Prices are decent compared to other nearby Indian restaurants. Not ADA accessible. Street parking only. Progressive Indian music over speakers. Only three staff and kitchen staff present. Service is laid back but when they are slow it is good. It appears a place for local Indian community rather than tourists. Maybe during work hours it changes. I was here at 6PM on a Wednesday 2023 and there were plenty of tables available with no wait. Flickering mining lanterns for ambience. Clean location. Bar in back of this narrow location. Bon appetite! Carson"

Had read great things, but was surprised it was just so-so, food-wise.

Had vegetarian food here and ordered paneer tikka, dahi papdi chaat, paneer in gravy and malai kofta with garlic naan. Everything was delicious.

Food was terrible in taste. Don't waste your money here. I had order briyani they gave me steam cooked chicken mixed with color rice. Same with chicken tandoori, steam cooked and then grilled with added food color. View menu

The food is good and I appreciate how many options their menu has (include vegetarian and vegan). Of the things we got, I’d say the food is a 4/5 but the menu is so extensive that we might have missed some good items. I would definitely come back to try some of their other dishes.

Went during lunch, so I got the buffet. For being the only one and there right after they opened , food could of been hotter. Food was good, but I’ve had better. Was a good price for all you can eat . Everything was medium spice, which I found not spicy at all. The pickled mango/lime chutney was very interesting.

Was looking for some good chole bhatura. Thought Dhaba would be the spot for it. Chole were ok, the bhatura was what you’d expect (good) Good Punjabi style dishes.. but feel more ideal for meat dishes The lamb seekh kabab was tasty! They’re very generous with portions of grilled onions with piping hot sizzling seekh kabab Service was great Other meat dishes that other people were ordering looked delicious View menu

I am impressed that Dhaba is one of the few Indian resturants that sells 2 of my favorite Indian dishes which are the roomali roti and bandh gobi aka cabbage subzi. The food was delicious and fresh. I like the safety measures the resutrant has in place for covid. Plan to return again to try other dishes. I came back recently and did takeout and I have to say I like that with all their orders they give utensils and plate to takeout your food. Very well organized nice fresh food.

Positives Inside decor, Complimentary Papad Negatives Poor Service, Limited space for movement, Poorly maintained Restroom, Food taste and Quality average, Comparatively Expensive Goat curry had smell in Goat and Kababs were very average. Don’t waste your money. We ordered several items from their menu and none reflected the authentic and original taste of India. Food when served may trigger your mood from its outlook but it’s taste will disappoint you. My 1 star is for their decor and 1 star is for the Chicken Tandoori, average but better in comparison of other menu items. Not recommended.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
