"Our waiter took longer than expected to come to our table, and when he noticed we were using a Groupon, he said he would bring the chef's special menu. That took another 10 minutes. While we waited for the menus, we ordered a bottle of wine, but then we were told they were out of that selection, even though they had plenty of other options available.
When the appetizers arrived, the waiter asked if we would like bread and butter to go with the next course (the salad). We said yes, but it never came. Shortly after that, the waiter returned to inform my wife that they were out of mahi-mahi, but they had another fish dish available that she could substitute. She agreed to that.
When our meals finally arrived, they were delicious, but the service and organization that evening could have been significantly better."
