"It took longer than expected for our dinner to arrive. We saw several other tables, who arrived after us, be served, before our dinner arrived. The good was good, but not exceptional. Since it was our anniversary, we decided to share a dessert . After >20 minutes, the server came to us and apologized, saying that she forgot to put our order in, and wanted to know if she could place it now. We declined, as we had already been there for 1 1/2 hours, and had to be somewhere in the next few minutes. She said she would be right back. The manager came to our table, apologized and said he comped our appetizer. We then saw the server go to another table with their check, so we stood up, and she finally came with our check. It is unlikely that we will ever return here for dinner, and will share our experience with our friends and family."
