"Parking was quite full when we arrived around 10 AM, so I recommend getting there early. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, and I don’t see myself returning. After being seated, we noticed that our table and menus were a bit sticky, and there was a faint unpleasant smell coming from the booth. Our waitress, whose name I didn’t catch as she didn’t introduce herself, wasn’t very warm or welcoming. She even brought us the check while we were still eating, which made us feel hurried to leave.
We ordered a tomato and basil omelette, a brioche French toast, the lumberjack combo, a side of bacon, a side of sausage, a coffee, orange juice, and a mimosa, which totaled $68.90. I requested a substitution for the ham, but they didn’t accommodate that, as you can see from the receipt and the food pictures. While the food was decent, it wasn’t worth the price or the negative dining experience.
There was a young hostess/waitress with braids and gold hoop earrings who was sweet and almost alleviated our disappointment, but it feels unfair to rely on her alone. The rest of the staff needs to improve on cleanliness and customer service."
