The prices are affordable, and the service is excellent. There is an extensive menu with a variety of dishes for every meal. Additionally, the restaurant sells whole pies, freshly baked each day. The food is delicious and satisfying.

This is one of a handful left in California apparently after many were shut down. This one in Pasadena used to be better. Frequently it has many empty tables when we have visited. Service is friendly, but the food doesn't seem to all that great anymore.. though certainly better than say, a Denny's. Prices are kind of high when you compare the quality of what you can get with a better meal available elsewhere for a similar price.

The first time at this Coco in Pasadena. Waited to sit for 10 minutes. And they were at 15% capacity. came to a voucher I received in the post. It was a steak and rib combo. The food was good, but the steak was about 2 1/2 ounces. I spoke to my server, Diana. She talked to Marco's manager. He was not an understanding or accusation. Diana Play me a free piece of cake. She was great. Pay 50% more customers than reasonable. And being led by her manager. I'm not coming back. The food at Cocos is consistently good, just like at many of their locations. The service is friendly and welcoming. Although the location is older, it boasts a lovely atmosphere. However, the restrooms could use some updates, as they feel somewhat outdated compared to the rest of the restaurant's charm. Situated by the lake, it’s conveniently located near many other enjoyable spots in Pasadena. The baked goods are excellent, and they offer a standout dark chocolate cheesecake that I found surprisingly delicious, even though I'm not a huge fan of dark chocolate. It actually tastes more like Oreo cheesecake!

Great food, just like at most Coco's locations. The service is friendly, and although the restaurant is in an older building, it has a pleasant atmosphere. The restrooms, however, haven't been updated and are a bit outdated compared to the dining area. The location is convenient, situated near many other enjoyable spots in Pasadena. They offer delicious baked goods, and it's one of the few places that serves the dark chocolate cheesecake pie, which is absolutely amazing—much better than I expected, especially since I'm not usually a fan of dark chocolate. The combination of dark chocolate and cheesecake makes it taste more like an Oreo cheesecake.

I'll have to admit, I've been to this location many times over the years and haven't really had any issues but our last 3-4 visits were terrible.(hence the review) When you clarify to your server something specific and they agree, then you should get what you want. Not today! We asked for crispy hash browns, nope. We asked for our eggs, well well well well done, nope, we said it four times when ordering it and the server agreed... still nope, did not get it. After us asking for both of our plates to be fixed, the server blames it on the cooks. You the server, the one grabbing the food off the line and bringing it to our table, should have looked at the food and made sure it was up to par for... View menu
