"I absolutely love their ice cream! I always order the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection, but I swap out the chocolate ice cream for sweet cream. It’s delicious! I usually opt for a cup. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that sometimes the cups aren't filled as much as they could be. ColdStone serves fantastic ice cream, and I'm a happy, regular customer! If you haven’t been here yet, you definitely need to give it a try. The prices are a bit on the high side, but once you taste the ice cream, you’ll see it's worth it. Plus, when you order, the staff sings a cute song! You can even sample the flavors if you're unsure which one to choose. This location is always clean and well-stocked, not just with ice cream but also with other treats like caramel apples, Frosty Paws for dogs, and a variety of other goodies on display at the counter."

"Came in today and was so confused at this Frozen Hot chocolate sign. (Thought I miss read it at first. frozen hot chocolate? What even is that?! So, I asked the lady up front what it was because I was so intrigued. I was picturing this amazing hot drink turned frozen in my eyes but nope! Apparently because it's powdered they called it frozen?! How does that make any sense? Just call it hot chocolate! Anyway! I was so frustrated and annoyed over this but if it wasn't for Cielo (Hope I spelled her name right who was so calm, and patient with me about the whole situation and jazz who showed me other ACTUALLY FROZEN drinks I would have gave this place a 1 Star!! What a stupid name! Thank you girls for helping me and being patient with me even though I wasn't the kindest at first!"

"I purchased several caramel apples, and when I got home, I noticed they were brown on the inside. I called the shop, and they asked me to send a photo of one apple for a replacement. After taking a picture, I made the long trip back to the store, only to be told that I should have taken photos of all the damaged apples. The staff called a manager, who agreed to replace one apple. I requested that she contact the manager again, as I had proof of purchase. Eventually, the manager agreed to replace all the apples. During the replacement visit, I also bought three red candy apples, but to my disappointment, all the apples were terrible and too tart. The candy apples didn't have any cinnamon flavor. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience."

"An employee was outside offering samples which reminded me how much I love Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Customer service is always great and today both the employee who was offering samples as well as the employee who assisted me inside did not disappoint. The employees are always very friendly and seem to enjoy working there. To me that’s a strong sign of good management.As always, the goodies were amazing. It’s already warm in Fresno so the chocolate dipped frozen banana had to be eaten in the car before I left the parking lot (oh darn, lol). The dipped frozen bananas are my favorite!!"

"I really appreciate that they offer chocolate chip cookies, which are becoming quite rare these days. Their toasted coconut treat is also amazing. If you're stopping by, you'll find plenty of delightful trinkets and gifts for sale. The caramel chocolate bars are absolutely delicious! I highly recommend enjoying your treats on the benches outside. They also have fantastic waffle cones. While the prices might be a little high, the food is definitely worth it!"

"Once in a while I go into the store just to ask for a fork for my lunch and the same woman with curly hair is usually the one who gives me one. However this last time... when I walked in she fully ignored me and I had to ask for her 3 times to get her attention. Finally when she turned around I hardly said Hi, could I get- and she fully cut me off in the middle of speaking and raised her voice and said No, I can 't give you a fork we are all out, sorry! I just said OK and walked out. When I went back to my job I joked with my coworker about it so not even 5 minutes from when I went in my coworker went in side to ask for a fork and was given 2 forks, some napkins and a free treat because she had a cute dress on the lady said. REALLY? Are those little plastic forks coming out of the employees paychecks or something? so weird."

"Visited a few times, the service was always on point. If there is a line it goes by fast (well as fast a the customers select their items). The cost is higher than a regular pastry shop but the items are more gourmet so it’s to get expected. Parking is easy as long as there isn’t an event happening downtown that caused them to block off parts of the area. Over good experiences."

"I worked here in 2018, it was my first work as high school student. everyone who worked here was super and friendly and hard working, but the owners are the worst bosse I ever had. they had no respect for the work that I set up, because I would have to stay too late, as they would keep me open and close the load themselves without pause. as child I didn't know better, thought that this treatment was normal, and now I see that they used my inexperience. I was hired as a part-time worker, but finished the work full time without the benefits. they use and accuse all their employees for misery, although they should accuse themselves for their abhorrent treatment. I hope they wake up and treat the people who would let their load go in future."

"I purchased a peanut butter cup for me, and a chocolate truffle for my daughter. The chocolate was okay. The peanut butter filling in my PB Cup wasn't so great. The outside was very hard, thick, and hard to bite. The filling was a tiny dot, and had very little flavor. It really didn't even taste like peanut butter. The price was outrageous! $6 for a peanut butter cup?!?! $10 for two small peices of chocolate... Value of the experience had the most influence on this review. Nah, I'm good. I just can't justify paying that kind of money for a piece of chocolate, especially when it's not great. I do a little chocolate work at home, such as truffles, fat bombs, etc... mine are better, and at 1000% less expensive. Overall, not worth it. If the price was under a dollar for each, I'd reconsider, but wouldn't get the PB cup again. Not good."

"If you have a sweet tooth, you likely already know about Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. My favorites are the Chocolate Caramel Apples with nuts, Dark Chocolate Raspberry Jellie Sticks, and the Irish Cream Truffles. So, so good! I 've been to different locations of this company as far away as California and I 've always considered the goodies there to be special treats. I recently wanted to send a gift of candy apples to a relative back east so I got on the website to place my order. To my great disappointment, the apples were listed as ' 'available in store only. ' ' I didn 't want to go inside a store because of covid so I gave a call to a local Albuquerque store in the Coronado Mall. The customer service there is fantastic! I spoke to Shay who was super nice and helpful! I told her what I was trying to do and she let me know that her store was actually locally owned and they do ship candy apples! I didn 't have to go to the store since she let me place my order by phone. It was as easy as could be. She even sent me the tracking number after dropping the box off at the UPS office. That kind of customer service is way too rare. I 'm glad to have a local business to support that sells great chocolates for special gifts. I 'm also looking forward to when it is safe to go out and do in-person shopping again so I can pick up some treats for myself!"
