I complied, but the driver encountered problems delivering to a studio lot. After discussing the situation with both the gate guard and the driver, I was assured that my order would be left at the gate. Unfortunately, after some investigation, we discovered that it was never delivered.
When I visited the bakery in person to discuss the issue, an employee promised to look into it and call me back, but I never received that call. I returned a week later to follow up, only to be told that the team was too busy to assist me. After explaining my situation again, both the employees and the manager informed me they contacted the third-party carrier and couldn't do anything else.
In the end, I was left with a bill of $115 and no order, not even an acknowledgment of my concerns. It's disappointing that such a lovely bakery doesn't prioritize customer service.
