"I visited this restaurant for lunch after the Radio City Christmas Spectacular on December 29, 2023. I ordered the Serafina Chicken Salad, our kids enjoyed buttered pasta, and my wife had the chicken parmesan. The portions were generous, fresh, and delicious. We were seated right away as soon as they opened, thanks to our reservation. The restaurant filled up quickly, and it was nearly full just 20 minutes after opening. The atmosphere was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was prompt and efficient. Plus, the prices were quite reasonable."

"I made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab Hotel. We sat at 7:45 am. At 8:05 a.m. nobody had come to our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send a waitress. 8:30 no waitress got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8:40 no one yet. Each waitress distributed the table like we weren't even there. I was so upset we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else. There were four of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined !!!!! I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant in my life. I will be sure to tell my friends about the terrible service we received. NO apologies for this kind of service !!!!!!!!!"

"After giving us only the options of 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation they kept us waiting half an hour. Although they were apologetic, they did not offer us a free after dinner coffee or any other sort of tangible apology. That kind of service does not encourage a return visit. The rest of the service was good, other than the waiter trying to suggest the Dom Perignon Champagne for $350 (he didn't tell us the price)."

"Not sure where to begin-The meal was the worst meal I have had at a restaurant in years-We started with a salad-Waitress brought a salad i did not order-I did not argue but did not eat-next was Lobster Bisque-never showed until we asked and then came cold-Finally after another long wait came the main course-My husband had the calzone which he left half-not good-he always finishes or takes home was not interested in taking home.My course was supposed to be their specialty-shrimp with bacon on polenta-crab cake and fritter-served ice cold-polenta had to be the worst i have ever had-no flavor-they forgot it needs butter and cheese-shrimp was tough and bacon not cooked--probably should have asked waitress to take back but at that point ready to just leave and go home and have dinner-also specialty on web$19 at restaurant $28-left tip not too sure why-I would definitely skip-Lure is right next door and that is a wonderful restaurant"

"Utter junk.The service was non existent, the atmosphere the same, and the only reason we went in there was out of desperation. It did disappoint…The food was mediocre but the service appalling, and the lady who served us had BO. It was also very overpriced and working a lot in Italy, the food had zero to do with Italian. It was deep fried junk as regards the arancini, I am sure it was frozen previously. Out eight year old who is pretty sophisticated in the best European restaurants was given water in a childproof cup. Really?Avoid avoid avoid. It’s a cheap restaurant waiting to go out of business, and working in hospitality at a senior (continental MD) level, I do know what I’m talking about."

"We got home and just didn't feel like cooking dinner ourselves. It is so wonderful that we have this collection of urban eateries down the street on Ocean Park Blvd. Il Forno is the best of the lot a vibrant, friendly neighborhood gem, walking distance from our home. The owners and wait staff greet us like family (yes, they do know us) and we get seated promptly. They always take care of us but we watch them catering to everyone with the same warm care and concern. We never tire of Il Forno they always have specials that aren't on the menu. Chef Domenico is a genius at preparing food in a custom sort of way. I know that if I asked him to make a dish in some off the menu sort of way, he'd do it. Il Forno rocks!"

"Four of us went out for dinner on Thursday night. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, but the first plate I received was burnt on both the top and bottom. The chef should never have allowed that to leave the kitchen, and the waiter shouldn’t have served it either. I called the manager over to return the dish. Unfortunately, the second serving seemed like it had just come out of the fridge with some cold sauce hastily thrown on top. By this point, the other three members of my party had already finished their meals. I asked for a to-go box and took my meal home, but ultimately ended up throwing it away. I certainly won't be coming back to this restaurant."

"SAO offers excellent Italian trade fair and offers a great service. We visited Monday and it was busy. The outer seat area is comfortable and well designed. Our server was professional and welcoming. I always have chicken parm in new Italian restaurants and her is a solid offer. Our Gnocchi and Meatball Appetizers also at point. All in, I was shaking over SAO to all my Bay Area friends and would return without hesitation."

"I'm really surprised at all the good reviews. came to dinner for the first time with my family. very first thing I noticed when we sit, it is two tablecloths on the table that is glued on the bottom and cling to the table, the towel place above that, that is crushed and hanging. under my seat stood a dirty used mask on the floor. They put brot on the table and four teller for us. All plates were misplaced and chipped, not that it really important, but it looks sticky and unprofessional. I ordered primavera and a Caesar salad. they brought out the Caesar salad and the salate was brown and devastated. the poor salate was absolutely cleaned in the dressur. there was no cheese, and there were huge carvings of peeled carrots in mine. never seen a Caesar salad with carrots. we got kartoffel croquettes as an appetizer that were fried nothing more than bland unseasoned kartoffels in sticks I have my prawn primavera and the garnels were definitiw frozen. the pieces of the sweet in it were cheap and tasted and looked like they were from a frozen pocket. the bottom of the plate was just a buckling liquid. my sister has a few meat-cuffed ravioli thing that looked like someone cooked noodles that opened a dose sauce that all spilled together and thrown into a microwave. it was sloppy and she said it tasted safe microshaft. I think that eating is extremely expensive and seems really bad. the food tasted frozen or microwaved and the presentation was bad."

"We had reservations for a party of 11. We were promptly seated in the back private room. Our server was friendly, we decided to do family style and we went with the ?Buy 3 Pizza?s Get the 4th Free? (I only took pics of 3 pizzas). We got 2 of the Vince?s Special (one had olives the other had green peppers), Chicken Pesto and Prosciutto and Arugula, Caesar Salad and Spaghetti and Meatballs. There was more than enough food for everyone. The pizzas were great, crust was thick but not too thick and crunchy, but not too crunchy. The spaghetti was good and the meatballs were tasty. This is a great local Renton spot for some delicious Italian. Check this place out!"

"Bice is one of our favorite places to dine. We love the old Hollywood deco period vibe and the staff is always on point. The food is amazing, as well as the drinks. We’ve had great experiences each and every time . Mary Luz is an absolute gem and we can’t complain about any other server, as they are all highly training and top notch, unfortunately , I can’t recall the other names. I’m a vegetarian, so I usually get a pasta dish. There’s a spicy arabiatta ziti and fantastic tomato , mozzarella paparadelle . The endive salad is incredible. Eggplant app is the best! Hubby is always happy with his carnivore dishes, lol. He loved the crunchy shrimp salad app that is served in an edible bowl. The atmosphere is that of the old school days of dining. Crisp white table cloths, classic decor and perfect music always playing too! Definitely a must for anyone seeking the total package concerning Naples dining."

"Why do they bother asking to make note of about a special occasion during reservations if they do nothing to honor it? In times of Covid, one would think they would go out of their way to show appreciation to their native Floridian customers who dare to come out. We both ordered a dessert didn’t even get a “Happy Anniversary” or a candle. Not asking for anything for free but that would be nice Ambiance: Nice updated yet cozy room with maybe quiet couples aside from one rowdy group of which ruined the atmosphere. Not the fault of restaurant but I asked for a quiet romantic table to celebrate our anniversary. They had a second room they could have put us in. Our choices were a table next to the rowdy crowd, or sit next to kitchen/bathrooms Service: Staff wore masks but not gloves so that was off putting. Service was perfectly attentive but not intrusive. Gave us a nice amount of time in between courses Food: Tomatoes on caprese salad were ice cold. Tomatoes should be served room temperature. An Italian restaurant should know this better than any other. Poor quality tomatoes. Enjoyed the flavor of the veal ravioli (although extremely al dente, and I love al dente but this was crunchy The bolognese was flavorless like a kid’s dish and the linguine was surprisingly overcooked. Especially compared to the ravioli. No consistency. Even the butter pats were frozen solid. Tiramisu was too American, with too much marscarpone cream and not enough espresso flavor or lady fingers. The large portions did not make up for the lack of flavor Overall: I’m very sorry to knock on the little things but they just missed the mark on every single thing. I hate to say anything that would hurt a restaurant in these uncertain times but I hope this helps them improve. I’m sure they have their regulars who are treated better. If you’re not one of them, I’d try somewhere else"

"Amazing food that covers other sins. First, I want to say that everyone leaves laughing and happy. It is one of the first things that I noticed when I arrived. We sat near the door, and it was a joy to watch. It's a small place and tables are a bit too close. The back room is an unreasonable cluster where people are right on top of each other. It seemed stuffy when we arrived and that turned into a glistening sweat as we ate. . The server was delightful. She knew the menu and described things well. We really enjoyed her. We ordered cocktails. Her wine was delicious. My old fashioned was perfect. The starter salad was great for my wife. Even my little plate of greens and berries were unexpectedly good. The wait for our meal was unpleasant. We were hot and sweaty. The restaurant was annoyingly loud. We mentioned the heat to the waitress who was sweet and agreed but could not solve the problem. I had scallops with veggies which were amazing. I loved every bite. The scallops had that perfect crispy outside and tender flavorful center. My wife had the beef rib over pasta. She raved about her meal. I snuck a bite and it was flavorful and tender. She carried on about how delicious the pasta was and how incredible the mushrooms were. The meal was truly exceptional. There was a fly that would not leave our table. At the end of our meal, it found a mate and made love on the window sill as we waited for the check. Even they left happy."

"We drove two hours for my husband's birthday brunch on Sunday. We had hoped to sit outdoors and watch the freighters go by. The outdoor patio was closed and that was sad since it was such a lovely day. This was not mentioned on their website. Our server, Tony was personable and perfect. He was the best thing about our dining experience. We won't be going back since the food was just fair and a disappointment. There were several choices but the fish was mushy, the beef and peppers were chewy, the eggs Benedict were overcooked, the bacon was too salty. The desserts were substandard. The peach cobbler was made with canned peaches, the eclairs and strudel were still frozen. My husband did like the waffles, roast beef, ham and breakfast sausages. Others had told us the food wasn't that great but we wanted to dine outdoors so we took a chance. We should have listened to our friends and family."

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"Came here with my sister last week and both of our pastas were really good. We ordered the ravioli and linguini, the sizes look a bit small but they were both pretty filling. We ended our dinner off with the panna cotta which was also a 5/5. If I am ever in the area again, I will for sure be coming back here."
